There was about a dozen of us here at OS from NY looking. I called about 15 different places. When I called Monday, they said Thursday or Friday. When I called today, most said tomorrow or Saturday. A few of them stayed firm with March 3rd. I'm hoping tomorrow, I usually get my games the Friday before release, I hope that's the case with 09 as well.

I tried a Walmart & Target in Tempe, AZ with no luck

Heh, we New Yorkers sure ain't patient. I tried 4 Mom and Pops so far. My fav M&P in Financial District said Mon. 3 others (in Queens) said tomorrow or Mon. Might actually hit my local 7-11 in a few. Need to get a pack of cigs anyways...

Well LI, NY TRUs do have the game in stock..
I confirmed this with them by calling customer service
and reading them the item # off the website. I called 4
stores, all had them in stock.

So I Went to 2 of them in the area since they are only 10 mins apart, offered the guy $10-$20 to sell it to me
early as a reserve (meaning I'd pay in full and they just give me the game.. Then they just complete the sale on the street date..Sounds like a fair deal)

But NO Luck..All squares. Nobody would sell it early or accept the side cash.. At least its confirmation that it is on the east coast now. Hopefully
someone gets it somewhere in ny tomorrow.
