If you enabled auto save only your last game would be gone. Be sure to check since I think it's on by default.

I always turn off auto save on games as soon as I get them, it annoys me when I accidentally save over something I don't want to.

Here's something that blew me away. Has anyone listened to the PA announcer at the end of the game? I was playing in The Rogers Centre, and the PA announcer said something to the effect of:

"...Eastbound streetcar connections at King Street from Union Station..."

I live in Toronto, and those are real places. Union is just outside the Rogers Centre, with King St. being one stop North. Amazing. They did this for every stadium, and they really didn't have to. It sounds small, but it's just an incredible touch that adds even more realism to an already realistic game.

When baseball games get reviewed, they have to be reviewed by baseball fans, and no one else, as it's the purists who will notice things like this. Seriously, SCEA should get points for the sheer amount of effort in the small things.

This is the best baseball game ever.

I hate playing in ballparks that just kill the ball from going far. I haven't hit a homerun in 5 games.

Nice Manny avatar! I actually like playing in pitcher's parks. It's places like Minute Maid that I can't stand, lol. I like the ball to stay in the yard!

One of the little things, though, is that the different parks play like they should. Not rocket science, I know, but it's great that you can really tell which parks are pitchers parks, which are hitters parks, and which are middle of the road.

I was playing an exhibition game with the Braves and brought in a pinch hitter. It showed the player getting last minute instruction in the dugout with the player putting their helmet on.

Here's a question: How often is your game interrupted by a beachball getting on the field?

I rented this game...twice, and had mixed feelings. Couldn't hit worth a damn, no matter what I did. I got rid of it, vowing to never play it again...only to get the urge to play every day since. So I decided to buy the game last night, and I am loving it so far. Seems like my hitting has finally "clicked". I've gotten probably 25 hits in my last 2 games with the Twins. Don't like the blatant catchup AI that's in the game, but I'll try turning that....ON? Makes sense!

I am sure this has been posted a million and one times since the game has dropped. But guess what? This is the million and 2nd time. I can't stand the same botched doubleplay by the 2nd baseman over and over again. It happens far too many times that its not even realistic. Which leads me to this. How many times in a game must a catcher have a passed ball on the 3rd strike and the slowest runner in the game makes it to first? Now these 2 things do happen in the game, but I think this year it is way over done. Thanks for letting me vent! This is a great, great, game, these things I've just mentioned are not that big a deal in the over all scheme of things.

This is, the best damn sports video game I've ever played.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Went into the 14th inning last night in a White Sox/Royals game and due to the length of the game the animated series The Wilkersons won't be seen tonight. I thought that was funny.

Just finished playing game 2 of my rivalry series (me)dodgers vs cubs. Game 2 is in Chicago. Russel Martin has a homer , triple , double. Comes up in the 7 inning probably his last at bat in the game. All I need is a single for the cycle but I end up striking out on a stupid pitch, out side of the zone lol. Dodgers win 4-2 be thanks to Martin and Manny.

                                Question:

Is the screwy lineup stuff only happening with the updated rosters?

Is it still an issue with the default rosters?
