Love the game, the franchise has been beefed up....except not being able to fire my manager during the season is a downer since it was in the game last year and the fact I have no control of my farm director and he is randomly placed on my team really sucks.

do u think theres a chance the weather logic was messed up becasue u simulated the game?
like becasue of the reason the cold weather(beggining of the season) setting got stuck in the game?

that is a great point. but i think that it has to do with the code in the game trigerring all sleeves for a night game in cold weather

i will use the angels and sim season and hopefully make playoffs and see if players wear sleeves

Yeah I know it wasn't towards me, The game is really good but there are just some things I thought would be fixed this year.

in playoff every player should wear long sleeves no?

RTTS Baserunning. It gets on my damn nerves. Only because the direction to go forward changes sometimes. I wish I could pick classic but you can't in RTTS which doesn't make sense to me.

agreed. I was playing RTTS last night and the baserunning controls confuse me at times and cause me to make some bone head moves. I wish we could change the baserunning options in that mode...

I got the game last night, and I've been messing around just jumping in and out of games just to see some stances/gameplay stuff. This is what I think thus far...

- Very beautiful game, I'd say it looks better than the demo.
- BSG did an excellent job. All of the stances came out great (Carlos Quentin looks good, so don't get the idea SCEA was avoiding him White Sox fans lol)
- It looks like they changed Generic 1 batting stance. It kinda looks like Wes Helms' from last year
- I've hit 2 homeruns, pulled both of them
- It seems like hitters are less forgiving with balls in the heart, or up in the zone (I'm only on All-Star lol). And, human or cpu, I feel a big difference when the ball is hit square vs. out front/late etc.

I can't get over the difference in detail to the stadiums and players running at 1080p. I am not experiencing any framerate issues at all.
