Haha so they should come out and say something that isn't true, and then proceed to fix something that isn't there, all because a few people can't figure out how to manage down the stretch without choking the game away...

I think the comeback ai theorists might have a lot of friends who sit in closets with tin foil hats on, claiming the government is watching them through reality TV shows, and that the NBA is rigged.

Dude, There is a way to say the game is perfect for me and leave don't sit on this thread to hammer a few people who see a trend. The rest of the country and casual gamers love it trust me so go play. To give stats or an opposite opinion is very welcome and needed. You have to go hammering on people for trying to work together to get something fixed just because you are positive it's not there. I'll say it again GO PLAY THE GAME! Let us stay on here and figure out the problem if one even exists.

goblue... ur like the umpteenth person who says this. we know how to pitch. its a glitch in the game. ai comeback feature shouldve never been an option cuz its ruined a gr8 gm for me. 6.5/10 rating from me! SCEA plz admit the problem! its no coincedence that alot of ppl see the same thing. obviously its a bug and a severe game killer bug! PLEEASE PATCH!

goblue... ur like the umpteenth person who says this. we know how to pitch. its a glitch in the game. ai comeback feature shouldve never been an option cuz its ruined a gr8 gm for me. 6.5/10 rating from me! I love how we went from the semi-rational discussions in this thread to "SEVERE GAME KILLER! PATCH!!!111"

BTW, I know someone mentioned seeing the AI even coming back on itself....well, right now I'm watching a 7-0 Cards blowout over the Cubs in the 5th inning. In fact, the Cubs are getting 1-hit by Wainright at the moment. No comebacking in this one!

it went from semi rational to this cuz after playing over 40gms now, and i see it over half the games, then yes, its a sever game killer.

Or even 3 or 4 games not seeing it but in baseball there are 162 games. Play 40 games and tell me what happens. If a player starts off a 3 game series this year with two HRs is he going to hit 100. Like I said its starting to be a pointless argument.

Okay, this for both of you. First nobody said "what are you talking about", (so, sayeth the SCEA expert, bro). I asked him what his answer was for those who aren't seeing it. But, you seemed to have missed that. Heck all the games he posted (except for the one he couldn't hit in) are one run games, looks like. So he's saying, basically, that the entire game is scripted. If it is, it ain't for most of us.

How long are you going to carry on saying the same stuff over and over? You think you're the only two playing any games? What's the point of this anymore? If your bro wants to continue to post long threads full of box scores he can continue to preach to his choir, I guess. No sweat off me or the rest. Perhaps you can carry on the conversation with the devs. It would serve your purpose better, wouldn't it?

Has anyone tried playing with the comback AI set to ON?

Maybe it is a backwards option or something? Just a theory as I have noticed this problem too...but haven't tried turning it on.

jcern, i started this thread for a reason and that was to see if it was just me or not. obvisiously its not just me. If you didnt believe it could be a problem, then why do u read trhis thread? go play ur game. let us "bros" play olurs, and figure out if there's anyway to fix it. youve read the posts where ppl are testing things to see if it stops. thats what our goal of posting here it imol. so please, go play ur game, and congratulations ur one of 3 ppl on here that see no problem. Russel was on this thread b4,n and pretty much ignore my questions. and im. sure he reads this still. maybe(crossing fingers) he's with his team creating a patch, just maybe.

Actually sorry to ask that because Im not trying to hammer on people like you jimmy and I am not saying they developed the game for the CPU and user to comeback all the time like they do because I do feel it works both ways hence the 1 one run games half the time regardless of the score. Im saying its an accident and you guys are too ignorant to realize it. Thats all buddy chill out.

For the umpteenth time there is no glitch in the game for this there is no comeback a.i. if you have it turned off. It doesn't exist period end of discussion.
