Not if you're using the FMv2 set the lineups will indeed be "correct"(per MLB opening day).
If you are using the STOCK(SCEA ratings)...then yes...of course it's still there...that one doesn't fix the lineups...it's SCEA's! (with my full minors).
Let's keep things accurate if we're going to post things!!

There are enough guys posting some B.S. as it is

No, that isn't the problem. All the people with ANY expectations got their hopes up. Only thing delivered was the schedule time fix, and even that is only for the 2009 season, same mess in 2010 and on.
Since when is it unrealistic for people to hope that a stat or roster issue can be fixed with a patch? Seriously.

no patch notes, yet an hour after SCEA says patch notes forthcoming they're asking us, the end uer, to QA the patch?

Has anyone been able to continue a franchise that was saved before the patch? I haven't tried playing a game in my O's franchise, but just going through the stats and league leaders pages reboots the game.

Welcome to this thread Knight!! You're right on your rosters and the "patch". The lineup fix should still work as part of the attribute edits.

Actually, from everything I've read, the schedule (pre patch) was only a problem during the first year. I haven't checked this first hand.

i did man, worked fine..
i played one game in my A's franchise, but i must admit i did not check the league leaders page.

I agree with your point though, I think Russell dropped the ball a bit with how he handled putting accross this info. Most here (putting emphasis on maturity, of course) would have maybe been disappointed, but then moved on if the info came that our hot-button isues wouldn't/couldn't be fixed in this patch.

Instead, it seems many here woke up with a false sense of excitement over this. It's like when you expect a bike at Christmas and gets socks instead. Sure, they're practical and keep your toesies warm, but where the hell is my shiny new toy!

I have but it was from an In-Game save, dont know if that makes a difference.

They are asking about the online experience...not the patch as a whole(maybe they are...I didn't see the whole post)....I would think it's pretty tough for them to properly test this part themselves in S.D....when it's the guy in bum

Yes because I'm working on that list now. What I posted in the online forum has nothing to do with this thread at all what so ever.

Secondly those guys in that league I trust which is why I asked them to let me know if their online exp. has changed after they play some games. I and QA have the best possible online connection here at work, so even if I do play someone on the east coast it still won't give me a good idea on what people are experiencing online.

Which is why I asked them to let me know how the game plays.

When some of you guys grow up and get real problems, issues like lineups and stat glitches won't be that big of a deal. Once that happens you will enjoy this game for what it is and that's a fun hobby to pass the time.

Getting on here and making an a$$ out of yourself, or calling Russell a POS is ridiculous and really makes the whole OS community look like idiots.

Tell me another video game maker that would chat on line with the people that play their game to find out what they could do to make it better.

I've been playing these games for 20+ years.....the last 4 or 5 years these message boards have become popular and the SCEA team is the first I've seen that does more than rely on stock reviews for their feedback. These guys care about how we feel about their game......If they didn't they wouldn't be coming out with patches a month after release.

So quit showing your a$$ and play the game, or don't, whatever, but don't get on here and ruin the relationship we have with SCEA just because they didn't fix YOUR issues.
