This is how it should be!

NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!! He's the worst, and not I'm not just saying the worst color commentary guy, but the worst period!

And people saying Joe Morgan ever try 2k series when he was in it? VERY annoying. If for some reason my nightmare came true of a Buck/Morgan team I would either have to:

      A) turn off commentary
      B) go back to 2k series or
      C) skip baseball for that year(s)

        Matt is great ...

As for adding another with him...

Anybody else but Jim Sterling, Michael Kay, Joe Buck, Tim McCarver, Ken Harrelson, Joe Morgan and a few others.

Matt Vasgersian, Tom Brenneman (dont know if spelled right) and Mark Grace. That would be great for DBack fans. Sutton is annoying I think eveyone here that watches dbacks games would agree.

Sign me up for another vote for Matty V with Harold Reynolds doing the color. I'd rather have just 2 with them carrying on conversations with each other than have 3 with the repetitive scripted lines. And I don't like the goofy lines, either, especially when it's the same thing over and over. I will say though that I don't mind it like it is now, but it still makes for a good conversation.

the horrid commentary [can they actually make it liek they r talking to each other aftr 9 years?] is causing me to angle towards sticking with 09 and getting 2k10 this year.

The OP really wishes for Joe Buck in The Show? Shame on you!

Gary Thorne would be my number 1 choice, and Harold Reynolds as color, and maybe Steve Phillips.

Kruk is AWFUL. Him and Eduardo Perez are the sole reasons I do not watch Baseball Tonight anymore (that and Reynolds getting fired). I hate listening to Kruk talk let alone provide color for an entire baseball game. He is always whining and complaining about something or someone. Glad I have MLB Network.

For a sleeper pick, I would love to hear Tony Clark provide color. He does an EXCELLENT job when he is in the studio for MLB Network. He provides great insight, and is near flawless in front of the camera and very well spoken. Very good analyst.

I'm pretty sure there was no commentary in the 2K10 demo LOL, but yes, Thorne does 2K commentary.

As for The Show, I don't really have a problem with Matt V., we just need to find him a good sidekick. I like the idea that someone mentioned about MLB Network integration, that would be sweet.

Just throwing it out there, but, Bob Costas. I don't care who they pair with him, but I feel like Costas would knock it out of the park. Pun intended.

He did baseball back when NBC had it, right?
