My top 3.

1. Commentary teams for EVERY team. Would take up so much space and a ton of resources but if it actually happened, it would be the best sports game ever made.

Get a group that is already together. That way the chemistry that is already lacking would be there. I hate the Giants but their commentators are excellent so I would say them.

But honestly, I don't care, it's not who is calling the game, but how it all works in the realism of the game.

another idea popped into mind, have a different commentary team for every TV station you can sign with...

I agree with this. However, I will also say that I think part of the problem is that now that they added Karros, they have 3 guys with very similar, kind of nasally vocal tones. There's not enough difference between them IMO and it lends to the drier overall quality people gripe about.

I think having a guy with a bit more energy would be nice (and by energy, I DO NOT mean goofy like Rex was...wrong kind of energy IMO).
