Played an exhibition game and haven't played this series before. After mistakenly stealing 3rd base and being picked off for an out while trying to rally late in the 8th. Between pitches at the next AB it cut to the dugout and showed the manager reaming out the player. I broke out in stitches. Awesome stuff.

at a pause in the action during a AA game i was playing, the PA announcer mentioned [i missed a bit of it so its not exact] that there was a fast pitch contest for kids? anyways, they mentioned the kid who threw the slowest [44mph] and the fastest, which i missed the speed.

That Sterling "The-uh-uh Yankees win!" call is almost as annoying as "an A-Bomb...for A-Rod!".

Every time I hear it, I want to hit something.

I started a road trip in San Francisco and as we were headed to the top of the 3rd I saw a "Will you marry me Sarah" message on the jumbotron.

I've only played one game at AT&T and didn't notice but do they still have a kid introducing the Giants hitters on the PA in the bottom of the 3rd?

I was playing a game in Detroit and Matt mentioned a phrase that the late Ernie Harwell used to say. That was pretty cool and out of the blue.

I fouled a ball off of my calf and there was replay of it and description.

I chopped a ball off of the plate which caused the ball to go high into the air just like you see in actual games.
