Maybe just an oversight, no biggie but i do miss it lol.
Yah, I noticed this last night. One thing I also noticed is the CPU pitcher always shook off the first pitch. Most of the time he shook it off twice and then gave the nod. Have you noticed if the pitcher nods on the first pitch call?

I saw a fan fall over onto the field when I hit a foul ball, also I played in KC and the jumbotron in outfield is nice

It was funny when the umpire got hit by a foul tip and fell to the ground. I saw a great catching animation off the green monster. The fielder jumped into the wall and held on to the ball. One time i flinched when a foul ball rocketed at my tv. lol

May not seem like a little thing to others, but players are finally able to drive a high fastball!

First game i played i tried to blow a high fastball past Ellsbury, like I've done 1000+ times in 09, and he sent it over the short porch. Then in the second Teixeira got a fastball that was at least 4 inches too high, but turned on it and sent it deep into the bleachers. SO SATYISFYING, IMPOSSIBLE IN 09.

Not an on-field little thing, but it's a little thing to me...

In the create-a-player section in RTTS, they finally have my last name in the game for the first time, and Matt Vasgersian pronounces it the right way! I have a very uncommon last name too! This definitely proves to me that SCEA listens to the fans, and actually read that list of names we all put together last year! I really didn't think my last name would be in. It'll be nice to play RTTS now, and not have to be announced by my jersey number. lol.

3 Games in... and this is little things i have seen that weren't in previous years

-tropicana field, players in bullpen, ball hit into the "bench" area, the guys fall over avoiding getting hit

                          -cowbell ringing

-fans falling over railing going for foulball

-outfielders running into wall on grounders, to stop themselves

-taken out at second base on double play attempt

                          -3 -6 -3 double plays

I was playing a game in Tropicana Field and after the game I was viewing the box score at the end of the game. The PA announcer was going through his routine at the end of the game giving the totals and runners left on base, etc...

Suddenly he mentions that the PSTA will be providing extra buses after the game. OK, first of all our public transportation bus lines down here are indeed called PSTA. If that's not enough the PA announcer announced the exact number of the bus routes that go buy Tropicana. It couldn't just be a lucky guess. There are three routes and he named them all. My jaw dropped when I heard this. If that's not attention to detail I don't know what is. Amazing.

That's awesome. Could anyone do me a big favor and find out if the first name "Griffin" is an option? It wasn't in '09.

I set the controller down and let the PA announcer do his thing at the end of the game, and I was shocked to hear him talking about catching the RTA (train system in Cleveland) at Tower City. Impressive to say the least
