Every time. I know this is intentional but it's not fair to those of us who aren't online. I figured this is the only place I could hope to have this addressed.

During the offseason (so in this case, the first offseason after the 2010 season is over) - during the free agency signing period, all of the players' stats for 2010 were erased and made to duplicate their 2009 stats (the last "real life" stat line) exactly. The stats they compiled during the "in-game" 2010 season become their stats for the 2011 season on their player-card.

Not sure what will happen when ACTUAL "in-game" 2011 stats start being accrued - will the 2010 stats be fixed? Will the 2011 stats revert to 0 and start over? Or will the newly accruing stats be ADDED to the erronious 2011 stats already listed? I will update shortly, when I find out.

UPDATE: After spring-training begins, the player-cards display the stat's properly (2009 stats are from real-life, 2010 stats are from the "in-game" season that is now over, and the 2011 stats are all zeros). So, that means this bug only occurs DURING the offseason, and the improperly displayed stats are fixed once the regular season begins. Annoying, but not the end of the world.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Have only played this one season (w/ the Cards) so far, so will update later.

Was playing an Exhibition game at Crosley Field between the Pirates (visitor) and Mariners (home). Noticed on the outfield scoreboard that the teams were listed in the correct order (visitor-top & home-bottom), however the stats were flip-flopped. Example: Linescore (R-H-E) should've read "1-2-1" for the visitor and "0-3-0" for the home team. However this was reversed, as it would show "0-3-0" for the visitor and "1-2-1" for the home team. Even worse, the score by inning was also transposed, so at the half-inning break the visitor's score would be on the bottom. Like this after 6 1/2 innings:

Have noticed this in the two games I've played at Crosley. (I haven't played at other historic parks)

with max velocity on fastball rating(99) it wont even getup to 94 mph in-game

In franchise, in a Cactus League game, I was still trying to get the Pinch Hitter for a pitcher to get moved to a new position so I can keep him in a game.
Since the pitcher I had warming up in the bullpen was scheduled to enter the game, after I recorded my third out, the bullpen screen came up saying if I wanted to keep Vizquel in the game, I need to move him to a new position.
I clicked on my warmed up reliever, selected double switch, then clicked on my SS to move Vizquel to. Then the bullpen screen closed. But Vizquel was still my pitcher. So I used the quick menu to bring back up the bulpen screen, and then iin the background, the pitching change occured, and my reliever was brought into the game, but the bullpen screen never closed, so I was tyring to pitch and bat with all the bullpen data up, and I could no longer press start or bring up the quick menu to make any other lineup changes.


How often can the bug be reproduced?

I was not able to try in the game I first saw it as. I will try my next game and update this post with anyother information.

I was down 6-5 in the top of the 7th inning at Fenway Park. I had two outs and hit a ground ball to first base. I had a runner on 3rd base who crossed the plate but the 3rd out was made at 1st base. Score going into the 8th 6-6.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Not sure and I hope not.

I think this is a combo of two things.
For whatever the reason....the Red Sox seem to be going into rebuilding mode.
Now...I have noticed that they have a TON of A potential players in their minor league system.
I'm going to test by moving all the A potential fakes off of Boston and see what happens then.

i also want to repost the issues that others have already stated; and i have just encountered.

#27 - RTTS batting practice: the game occasionally freezes just as the player guy releases the pitch.

#71 - RTTS batting practice: the game freezes when exiting the mode. the music thats playing over the PA while in BP still continues to play, but the game is frozen. resetting the ps3 is the only way out. this one is new for me. i made it into july without seeing this. now its happened three consecutive times.

Between innings songs only plays for around 5 seconds...I thought it was suppose to play for around 20 seconds, until the next pitch was thrown for the new inning.

Any time music is placed in the sounds of show innings slot.

2-2 count first two times, full count third time. While pitching from the "Pitcher" camera view, at random times in random games, the Pitching Meter will flip out and go about 1,000 MPH, giving you about 1/10 of a second to click once for power and once for release point. Unfortunately this has only happened to me in key points of games, including a playoff game with a man on third and a full count. Since the meter travels so quickly, you release the ball late and it's almost guaranteed to be a ball in the dirt.

*update* I forgot to mention that the Pitcher's physical movement mimics the speed of the meter, meaning his windup and delivery are faster than a speeding bullet...so as to not get this confused with just pitching out of the "stretch". Superman would be proud.

It happens at random times, and if I knew exactly what triggered it I would post it. I have pitched roughly 150 innings and it has happened 3 times.

Pressed select in the 6th inning, opening day as Rays. used to cause freeze in any game, hasn't happened since patch until this game.

When using the Braves' road blue jerseys, everyone has the all-blue helmet except for McLouth who has the normal red-billed one.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Whenever you play with the Braves blue jersey on the road.

Hit a HR with David Ortiz the first game in Spring Training. When he came up to bat again, the message at the top of the screen (where it usually dislpays scoring decisions, attendance, etc) said Youkilis had hit his 1st HR of the spring 432 feet, even though it was Ortiz. When next batter came up it then displayed the correct Ortiz message. Happened throughout the game). I will try to recreate and update if successful.

Only happened once so far, the instance can be reproduced easily however, hitting a HR and tracking the messages

Re-reporting #19 - has happened to me every game I've played and hit a HR in. Franchise mode. Also the information bar keeps re-appearing after every ball thrown. It should either stay up for an allotted amount of time, pitches, or something instead of re-appear after every pitch like it is new information.

- When I pinch hit for the pitcher I can't keep the player that pinch hit in the game. When you go to the bullpen it says to go to "If you want to leave (player) in, swap his position in the Defensive Substitution menu before bringing in a new pitcher." But it won't allow you to switch anyone to the pitcher position so you lose the player after one pinch hit. Get the message, "Cannot sub for pitcher."
- Recreated it every game.

- Every game. (Took pictures if that would help, I can email them to you if needed)

Re-posting #65 - happens to me also in every game I've played in franchise ST. Annoying since it tells you what to do and you try to do it and it fails. I've been able to workaround this issue by clicking on the pitcher I want to put in and selecting double switch though.

During gameplay the game will sometimes huccup or freeze for a split second. This will happen during pitches and during plays in the field. It is especially annoying if it happens during pitches for obvious reasons. It will usually happen at least twice or three times if not more during every game I play. It is annoying and can be frustrating if it happens during a crucial play or pitch. This is not a framerate problem, it is actual freezing for about half a second and then continues. It is very noticable.

When a ball gets hit to foul territory and the fans bend over the wall trying to grab it, the ball basically goes right through them. I like how the fans reach down to grab the ball, but looks strange having the ball go through them when they try to grab it.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
This happens all the time when the ball goes to foul territory on a ground ball.

Re-posting #75 - this is probably not considered a bug, but its a sad realization of what could have been a cool feature. First off, every foul ball that is hit results in almost every person in every seat near the foul ball to lean over for it (much like the foul pop animations)....not just two anxious fans everytime
Secondly, sometimes the fans get the ball. If a feature is going to be added, it shouldn't be added all hacked up like this because it turns a cool thing into 2 bugs instead.
