How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Your team will still do what it wants regardless of what you suggest. I did not say for a player to steal or bunt, and yet, they still do it. Kind of ruins the whole point of Manage Only Mode if the CPU is going to do whatever it wants. This was an issue last year as well where you're basically an "assistant" manager with the CPU controlling who does what / when. I've seen my players steal 2nd when I did not even call for it.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Every Manage Only Mode.

I simmed season 1. saw tons of injuries to players, mostly minor leaguers as per the usual, but then in year two simming.

RTTS LH SP Bug

So, I made a RTTS LH Pitcher. I still can't believe no one has corrected this, but my player card ALWAYS shows him pitching right handed?? That has been dating back a few years in MLB The Show series... oh well, I have thought previously, but no longer...

Now, when I press select in game, I only get to see the CNR and PWR stats next to the huge scouting report list. NO CNL and PWL?? What is the use of seeing the batters stats against Right handed pitching while pitching in RTTS with my LEFT HANDED pitcher??

Also, I was looking for a left handed pitcher with a NASTY 4 seam. I have trained and trained his 4 seam velocity. He is currently at 99! I have worked his arm strength up to 70, while allowing most other stats to progress slowly... Why is my 4 seam fastball never hitting >90mphs!!!????? I mostly hit 88-89 on the gun?? During the game, the animation scouting report, they say my fast ball is 96-101??!! in the scouting section it says, "Nobody's 4-Seamer brings the heat hotter" ??!!! My scouting report for velocity is A? when I press select in game and press square it says 4SFB 99 mph. Some else with same problem created player with exact stats as RTTS SP and he had 94-99 fastballs. why is RTTS pitching so jacked up??!!!

Franchise, with fantasy draft (controlling just one team).

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Immediately after the fantasy draft to start Franchise mode, AI teams have a ridiculous amount of cash listed under Available Funds. The top four teams in terms of Available Funds (Rays, Phillies, Angels and Cubs) all had over $200 million in cash. This is considerably more than teams have when Franchise mode is started without a fantasy draft.

I tried this out twice using the Blue Jays as my team. On one occasion I ranked 30th in Available Cash, and on the other occasion I ranked 28th (I believe I had between $20-30 million). On the first occasion I drafted expensive players, and on the second one I drafted cheap players. That didn't appear to make any difference when my team was allocated additional cash at the end of the fantasy draft.

I've tested it twice with the same results. It appears that it can be done every time you start a Franchise with a fantasy draft.

I cant change the batting view nor turn off the strike zone. After loading the sliders and settings I went into RTTS and the settings were then back to the default. I change it in the in-game screen and its stuck on catcher view even though it says offset in that menu interface.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

You will have to save the setting via your profile on the main RttS page. I saved my settings there and haven't had that issue anymore.

exhibition... probably any game mode

pinch hit someone who throws lefthanded for a 3rd baseman, short stop, 2nd baseman, or catcher and they will now throw right handed when the next inning starts

This Tropicana Field freezing...is this a Franchise/Exhibition/Season thing or has this happened in RttS as well? I'm asking because I have not play there yet with my RttS player and wondering if I should just skip playing there.

as far as I know (and have read on here) it happens in all game modes, but I haven't confirmed it in RTTS personally

I think this has to do with the roster update but jeter is now in CF and Granderson is playing SS.

I was batting...Prince Fielder was up for the 2nd time in the game....it was a full count pitch and Fielder got hit by the pitch. He had walked in his first AB and when he got hit, the commentators mentioned that it was his second walk of the game. The next time he came up (his 3rd time) the graphic said he had walked 2 times and had been HBP (impossible since he had only been up twice in the game)....also showed this in the box score.

I haven't had this happen again yet, but I would guess you could try and do something similar in an exhibition game....I'll give it a try later....

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I was playing defense with the Astros. A fly ball heads to the outfield and Pence in right field is in the catch indicator zone. The ball completely misses him and continues to roll to the fence. About 3-4 seconds later the ball disappears. It somehow winds up in his glove. All the while, baserunners keep running. I can't recreate it.

How often can the bug be reproduced? I have played 23 games in franchise mode and it's happened twice. Once in right field the other in left field.

-Franchise

-The first year player draft is messed up. Scouting reports are being produced, but aren't available during the actual draft. There are only question marks on the player card when it comes to clutch, batting, etc. Also players that are available to scout aren't always in the draft.

-I've checked over and over, and it continues to happen.
