What game mode did the bug happen in? (Front End, RTTS, Franchise, Season, Gameplay, Online, etc....)
I've only seen it during franchise games, but I imagine it happens in all modes.

Playing in the same series mentioned in my above post, I snapped a curveball off with Jon Lester on the first pitch of the game. The ball bounces, then hits Derek Jeter. He is awarded first base, as if he was hit by a pitch, when the ruling should just be a ball. To be awarded the base, a batter must be hit by a pitch on the fly.
Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
It can pretty easily be recreated because I could essentially (not that I want to) throw bad breaking balls in the dirt and it could hit the batter.

Actually..that is the right call. A ball that bounces and then hits the batter is still a HBP, just like you can still hit a ball that bounces.

30 Team Franchise.

What's the Bug?
In my 30 team franchise, I do all the real life moves for each team and I sim each day. Usually about the 5th or 6th day I sim after every load, it freezes when I go to the schedule to sim. I've since learned to save after every day. This has probably been mentioned before, sorry if it has.

Can it be reproduced?
Easily. Just do what I said I do above.

When I resume a game from an in-game save, pitcher confidence is reset. I can have a pitcher with maxed out confidence, save franchise mid game, and when I come back to the game the pitcher's confidence isn't the same.

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
Every time I create in game save.

Just got the game/PS3 a month ago, been loving it and then this happens.

I have no clue what triggered it. My first RTTS, a pitcher one, finish the season and made the playoffs. Last night I played out the first 3 games of the playoffs, took 2-1 series lead and exited out. Pop it in today and it starts out at Game 1. Okay, maybe I didn't save it last night. Play out Game 1, pitch scoreless 7th, quit out of game. Get 120 points, yay, go back to schedule. It's still Game 1. Play again, scoreless 7th again, quit out. 100 points. Have 220 training points to play with. Go back to schedule, still Game 1 but it still has the stats from Game 1 recorded in playoff numbers. Like it has the Game 1 starter pitching 5 days later and it has him at 1-0, x.xx ERA, etc. I don't know how to work around the glitch, and need help. Any is appreciated.

Here are three minor ones from the last time I played:

I'm nearly at the end of the season and the ticker that runs along the top of the screen was showing the AL save leaders...It had Papelbon at 52 and in second place Ellsbury also at 52. I'm pretty sure Ellsbury doesn't have 52 saves...

Can you recreate it?
It's the first time I've noticed it, but I'll keep an eye out for it.

The commentators were mentioning how my Twins would go 4 games over .500 with the win. I would be 6 games over .500 with the win. I know a version of this bug existed last year...I thought it was gone.

Can you recreate it?
Not sure. I'll have to listen closer.

Nathan got a save for me and the commentators mentioned that he was 6 for 6 in his last 6 save opportunities. He blew a save about 10 games ago and I have only 4 wins since then...

Anytime I go to the bullpen and get someone warming up after the seventh inning, the game locks up when I try to start playing again.

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
I've been able to reproduce it 9 out of 10 times with all teams, in all stadiums.

I've been able to reproduce it 9 out of 10 times with all teams, in all stadiums.

This is documented...make sure you are entering the bullpen thru the quick-menu (d-pad up) rather than thru the pause menu (start button). This seems to be a viable work around.

Big blue "7" or "L" for each game of the playoffs where there should be some sort of year specific design

So far it has happened in the second season for opening day, all star game, and now playoffs

Every game has the wrong playoff record at the opening sequence of the game. For example it will say A's are 0-1 and Red Sox are 1-0 when it should be reversed.

Every single post season game in which the record is not a tie.

Whats the Bug? How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it?
In the second round of the playoffs, a cut scene will show the current playoff tree and the announcer says "the Twins have already wrapped up the AL pennant so the winner of this series will play them in the world series". The Twins lost to the Red Sox, the team I am playing, so even if they had won, we could not play them in the world series.

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
Happens every game in the second round of the playoffs.

I'll win a game in franchise mode, and after the highlights it goes to the post-game box score screen. The stadium public announcer can be heard in the background announcing the winning and losing pitcher, and he'll say something like "The winner of the game is Clayton Kershaw; just his 4th loss of the season." The loss goes to...."

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
I've heard it about two times, both times I had won a home game as the Dodgers.

I didn't get a walk after four balls. I did a check swing on ball four (3-2 count). The pitch came inside so my batter backed out of the way of the pitch but it also did the umpire check swing animation. The announcer said "and that's ball four" but Lee stayed at bat. I managed to get it up to ball six before I finally got a hit. In the box score Lee was credited with a BB and an RBI (when he got the hit a runner scored).

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?

In maybe 100 games played this is only the second time I've seen this happen. I'm pretty sure I posted this problem before on here, but figured I'd post it again because I wasn't sure what triggered it.

Never seen this but am gonna say it's gonna happen on ball four check-swings, but probably not every time (I've checked-swung on ball four a couple of times but have never had the AB continue).

I think it had something to do with the batter going from the check swing animation to the getouttatheway animation.

The area around the logo on the field for special occasions, (Opening Day/Week, Postseason, All-Star/Futures Game), has a blue box next to it.

Any time I play during the above times in RTTS and Franchise

If I fast forward through an inning, sometimes my team scores a run or hits an out that is not recorded. In the attached picture it shows Boesch hitting in a run, then Inge gtounds out and Raburn scored, but Raburn's run is not recorded in the box score. Also, Raburn "hit an out", which I thought to mean that he did not get a hit, but he was on base.

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
I can reproduce it every 5-7 games, but it does not happen every inning in every game .
