How about Vernon Wells stance.. from pitcher/broadcast view. I know in the past his stance was horrible with his bat going wild. Just wondering if it changed this year.

Yes, it does appear that SCEA did a lot of great work getting more stances in this year. And for the most part they look pretty accurate to their rea-life counterpart. There might have been only one or two where I said, "what????" Later

Well that's good. After seeing this pic of Rogers Centre I may have to change my mind. Besides the roof and seat colours they nailed it this year.

Haven't seen this asked or answered and I think the CD guys were not sure about it. We know you cannot upload real players to the Player Vault, but are you able to at least export them?

A little off topic but unsure where to ask this. From what I understand GABP doen't have the whisbone C Reds logo behind homeplate, from all the vids/shots(thanks for all taking the time to post) it appears that every other stadium does have their logo. Is it possible to be patched in and if it is how would one go about requesting this in a patch? Not a huge deal obviously but would enhance the realism of GABP.

Its not in the game and I doubt they will be able to patch it in given graphics are usually on the disc. They also didn't get the standings boards in right (i can imagine the coding to have accurate standings could have been an issue for that). It's a shame because that is my favorite part of the park.

However, the video board in left is incredible and the video scoreboard in the wall in left is fantastic as well. The huge new one (I don't remember it being in last year) is that the fireworks actually come out of the smokestacks after homeruns.

I was gonna ask if the HT/WT/AGE was removed in franchise as Knight said they were working on it, but I saw a pic in the MEDIA thread and its still there.


- Kei Igawa removed [yes i love using him]
- weird trade logic
- ht/wt/age banner
- no new franchise features
- incorrect schedule times
- no deep stat overlays [i.e. career vs pitcher, last ten games]

all the little things I wanted for me to upgrade to 11 aren't making the cut this year.

Question: Are they any NEW overlays during the game in franchise [not batter walk up related]?

I've asked this several times, but I either haven't gotten an answer or I cant find it.

So have they modified the way players retire in franchise and RTTS? I am sick of players retiring due to age after career and near-career years.

looks like it changes each new franchise, so never the same. Will give some numbers with a random franchise

Are pitcher's accuracy attributes insignificant?

It looks like the pitching analog controls solely dictate where a pitch lands.

If so, control pitchers will become irrelevant this year.

Why pitch with a Scott Baker type pitcher, when you can be just as accurate with a Brandon Morrow type pitcher?
