Ok, so then yes that confirms that, I need to practice. Gotcha.

Since my 2 simple questions weren't worthy enough for a new thread, i cross my fingers that this is the right place to ask, so here we go:

am thinking about purchasing this game, but i'd like to know 2 things:

            1. is there dynamic attendance in the game?

            2. How's the atmosphere?? the demo seemed a bit dull as far as crowd noise/interaction, organs playing, ect....

            Thanks guys.

              1. Yes.
              2. Seems great so far but I've only played in minor league parks. Waiting for opening day to hit the big leagues.

I'm just curious, why are some stadiums crowds low-res behind homeplate? I've noticed this at Kauffman and Tropicana so far.

                  what camera are you using?

I used outfield cam and the crowd seems the same in all stadiums(admittedly I haven't played in all of them), but the crowd does seem off(visually) compared to last year.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

a friend of mine has the same issue as you do with the crowd using that camera. The outfield cam, the crowd behind the plate all look the same, they just don't look as good as last year imo

In broadcast they have that low res grainy look. Do not know why.

In the original behind the pitcher cameras or modified broadcast, they correct back to the nice high res.

Wonder if they were going for like a blurred look on purpose, sorta like a out of focus, I dunno.

Probably been covered but when analog pitching I can't seem to figure out how to pick off baserunners. Any help.

Same as other modes... Hold down L2 + correlating face button for the base you want to throw to. There are also 2 types of moves, hold the face button for normal (deceptive) move, or tap button twice for a quick move.
