Whats the bug?
Certain historic players when created have the Jeter Face instead of their true historic face
What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)
Front end when working with roster creating players and managing players

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
For certain players when you create them with "Create a Player" and them import them and later "edit" them you end up with Jeter's face instead of the rue historic face. This occurs even without using the Player Vault. I had saved the players on my PS3 hard drive. (I suspect the real faces are there as for "unknown" players no face is returned and the player remains with a fully editable face.)

How often can the bug be reproduced?
For certain players it happens every time they are created. Examples are Tommy Bridges, Norm Cash, Bill Donovan, Goose Goslin and Hank Greenberg

Do you have video or pictures?
No. But it is not necessary as the bug is always reproducable for the same players.

I believe it is great that SCEA has added the faces for these players. I would like them continue to add additional faces in future editions.

RTTS player will not slide on close plays at the bag using classing running controls (perhaps RTTS stick running to, IDK cause I dont use it)

The guy just dont slide, I hit the right stick about halfway to the next bag and I get nothing.

Every time I try to slide

When performing a double-switch while on defense, the new pitcher comes in with diminished energy and confidence.

Double-switched while on defense. Happens every time.

It has happened every time I've used the double-switch on defense in this year's game. (And last year's as well.)

My RTTS player lost rookie status before his first full MLB season even though he hadn't actually surpassed the rookie limits.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it?

Got called up for 15 days during the 2012 season, and then was re-called after the AAA season ended. Started the next season on the active roster, but without rookie status. Only had 43 ABs during the 2012 season (rookie limit is 90) and only spent 15 days on the active roster prior to August 31 (limit is 45), and 29 days total (limit is 45 prior to August 31, September games should not count).

Can you recreate it?

Not without a lot of spare time and some luck since it would take a weird replication of events.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I would imagine it happens to any RTTS player who gets called up but doesn't surpass the rookie limits. Maybe it's checking 40-man roster time instead of active roster time? Or maybe the rookie status limits are just wrong in the code.

Phantom errors being charged to catchers.

I haven't pinned it down because I don't notice the error being charged until later on in the game. Every time I've noticed it the game log shows a walk being given while runners are on base, so I'm betting it's a revival of the ball four in the dirt bug from last year, but it's not happening every time like last year.

Well, not purposely, but it has happened multiple times.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

It seems to happen once every 5 games or so.

Sliding doesn't work in RTTS, using analog or sixaxis no matter when I push the analog stick or tilt the sixaxis.

When I am going into 2nd for a double or 3rd for a triple, my guy always goes in standing up, I can't seem to get him to slide no matter what I do.

Play Now Mode. Wind Speed and Direction are always blowing in from RF between 4-6 mph. Every Ballpark.

Online, Play Now

Every game so far I've played. I always check the Windpseed and Direction at the start of the game, and saw this.

problems with earned and unearned runs. if a error occurs and runs score they should be uneaned yet in the game they are earned.

2 of them. One happened when I tried warming up a pitcher in the pen. I started to warm him up and I tried to exit and it said that I had to replace Matt Belisle. Hes not even on my team and I could not exit the screen at all and had to restart!

The other was after a foul ball the batter started to come back to the plat and literally stood on the plate and the game could not move forward I couldnt even sim to the end and I was winning big!

runner on 1st and third, 1 out. Flyball to the right fielder and deep. The guy at third went to tag up and the runner on first was a few feet from the bag and never tagged. I accidentally sent both runners after the catch of the flyball so the runner from 3rd scored, and the runner at 1st who never tagged up went to second. They threw to 1st to get teh out and double play but the run counted. I'm pretty sure that run shouldn't count, right?

When i am a switch hitter and hitting left handed my player walks off the wrong way after a Walk Off home run

When i am a switch hitter batting left handed it happens. Yes everytime i hit a walk off home run from the left side it happens

A couple of days ago I was playing a game as the Cubs against the Giants. When I went to the 'pen a graphic popped up telling me I needed to replace Tim Lincecum..... Again I was the Cubs.

I was forced to restart the game because I couldn't exit the screen.

Hasn't happened since but boy was I ticked lol. I had a nice game going.
