Whats the bug?
Game locked up during cut scene of batter getting injured.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)
RTTS

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
As far as I remember, I was on base. Someone was out trying to tag up (don't remember which base). During the cut scene I hit the X button to skip the scene.

Result:
Game locked up. Not reproducible.

Additional info:
Auto save was set to off.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Rare

Do you have video or pictures?
No.

This happened again. This time it was the last game of the season. I had to replay all the games from mid August because I had to reboot the console.

1.) Whats the bug?
Umpire calls him out, but out is not and should not be registered. The ball does not go high enough to register an out

Exhibition, but probably happens in all

Playing as Yankees vs Tigers in Franchise I went to my bullpen. Would not let me leave and kept telling me I had to replace Penny - the Tigers SP !!!

I had the exactly the same thing happen.. I'm thinking it might be a bit of a bug. Was swinging away, next thing I know I'm out instead of a foul tip

What is the bug?
Stances are not centered properly. if you move almost all the stances to the left for a left handed batter or right for a right handed batter you will see the intended stance. Worst case scenario is that some players are looking at 1st/3rd base while at bat

Not Shaw if it's a bug, but every time i play a home game and the pitcher just misses the plate the crowd starts booing. It get's really annoying.

I was the Yankees and in bat - had forgotten to put Soriano in bullpen and I was trapped in the screen as game insisted I replaced Penney - the CPU pitcher !!!

Franchise game top of the 6th inning Brewers (me) at Nationals. I just hit a 3 run home run to take a 3-1 lead in the top of the 6th with 1 out. Livan Hernadez is pitching for the Nationals. After falling behind 0-1 with Yuneski Betancourt I go to my bullpen from the quick options menu to warm up a pitcher incase I need one in the 6th inning. I go to exit and I get a message that I "must replace Livan Hernandez". Great, but I have no control over Washington and am now stuck in the Brewers Bull Pen and it looks like I am going to have to quit the game and lose all the progress.

You cant really see the error message that I am getting, but I also took a picture of it.

This isn't a bug. IRL, teams will frequently put star players on trade waivers to determine trade interest after the trade deadline.

Bug: Rtts, I am batting and coach calls for a hit and run...I don't swing and runner is safe, then runner will attempt to steal 3rd every time.

Mode: Road to the Show

Can it be recreated? Yes, every time by the method I described.

Another minor glitch. No biggie.

Graphical glitch with the lighting model at Turbine Stadium (Spring Training)

Even though this was a night game there are shadows that seem to be cast by the stands and signage on the 3rd base side of the stadium. Even if the sun was on that side (which it wasn't), the shadows should have been drowned out by the lights. They were static for the entire game.

The home team crowd will boo when their pitcher throws a strike. This can happen multiple times during a game.

It happens from time to time after the home team pitcher throws a strike. This goes for human vs cpu as well as cpu vs cpu games.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
I'd say it happens three times a game averaging.
