I could see Matt Moore or maybe MAYBE Hellickson. But no way David Price, BJ Upton and Chris Archer is a fair trade for the Rays.

I actually think you are getting ripped off big time. Omar Infante is nothing but a fill in at 3/4 infield positions. Espinosa is a huge power threat at second (although he strikes out a lot.) With Ramos on your team there is little need to swap Ivan and Buck (Plus Buck has a ridiculous contract.) Bryce Harper is the #1 prospect in baseball, if you're looking to trade him then why not for RF Mike Stanton? Dude is a killer HR guy and 21 to boot.

I started a Red Sox franchise to take a break from my Mariners franchise. I am in July and the Mets offered me a trade and would like some feedback on if I should take the deal.

Red Sox get:
SP Chris Young
3B Zach Lutz
SS Jose Reyes

Mets get:
LF Aaron Bates
SP Anthony Ranaudo
SS Jose Iglesias

I am tempted to take this deal but than I would have 3 SS at MLB level with Scutaro and Lowrie. And Ranaudo and Iglesias are two of my top minor league players and don't know if I can trade them away. So any feedback on this deal would be appreciated.

And one more trade question, anybody have any idea who I could get for John Lackey? He isn't doing good so far and has a ERA over 6 and would like to get rid of him.

Is trading brandon beachy, mike minor and another "A" prospect a bad trade for ubaldo jimenez?


I want it to be as realistic as possible..
And both pitchers are struggling, im tied for first for wild card and 3 games behind the phillies and i think ubaldo could be the big push to put me over the top. He is 10-6 2.81 ERA
And rockies are 10 games under

And both pitchers are struggling, im tied for first for wild card and 3 games behind the phillies and i think ubaldo could be the big push to put me over the top. He is 10-6 2.81 ERA
And rockies are 10 games under

Brandon Beachy or Mike Minor with
Aroyds Vizcaino or Julio Teharan
and then a hitter prospect (SS Salcedo, SS Lipka, C Bethancourt)

Sure i follow baseball, let me explain the trade then,

Espinosa and harper where both in AAA, espinosa was batting .197 with 3 homers halfway into july, harper was batting .204 with 11 homers and pudge was more injured than healthy,

Infante, .302 15 homers
Buck already had 20 homers and bonifacio was leading the NL with steals and BA.

I know that harper is the #1 baseball prospect but he was doing nothing for me neither in AAA or the show. Maybe ive,could have kept him and see what he was in 2012 but since im in a serious position to win the division i needed good bats

I wouldn't accept that trade if i was the Rox...if it was along the lines of minor, either teheran/vizcaino AND another *A* prospect, then yes
