I need help. I am the RedSox and I need a catcher. Jarod Saltalamachia is out for 6+ months and I can tell Jason Varitek is just not going to get the job done. Any ideas on a trade for a catcher. Thanks.

How about Ryan Doumit of the Pirates? With Chris Snyder as the starter, and the Pirates still in rebuilding mode - and in need of pitching help - you could put together a package of younger pitchers to pull him away. He'd be a solid player for you, and isn't unrealistic to acquire.

Good idea. I have a different 'chise going with the Pirates and he won back the starting job, (he is playing great right now) so that may not be a half bad idea on the RedSox 'chise of mine. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks, I'll try this. I've been trying to pry Pujols away from StL, but unless I give them Andrus, Hamilton and an A prospect, it ain't gonna happen.

So once the OS rosters come out I've decided I'm going to start a franchise with the Angels as I've always been a Hunter and Wells fan so it'll be fun to have them both on the same team. My first order of business will be to bring Prince Fielder to Cali. Any of my prospects are available except for Mike Trout. Any suggestions?

Right now I'm thinking Conger, Bourjos, and possibly a pitching prospect for Fielder...

I think you're going to have a tough go of it....

The Brewers already have a talented young catcher in Jonathon Lucroy and a young, speedy CF who can't hit in Carlos Gomez (yes, I know Gomez has sucked but Bourjos doesn't project all that much better).

I agree that Trout should be considered untouchable, but you're going to have to give up something good...

If talking prospects, I think giving up Jean Segura, Jordan Walden, and a lesser guy like Trevor Reckling might get it done.

I'm looking for a LF/RF, who hits left handed, and is a pretty solid player.

Raburn and Boesch are struggling, and Ordonez has been horrible. Trying to trade him. Any suggestions?

Was thinking of acquiring Adrian Gonzalez in my fantasy franchise..I'd have to give up Morales, Pineda (A pot SP), chih kuo,...Is that too much or should I wait for Kendry Morales to blossom??

That's far too much imo...Morales AND Pineda? No thanks.

Morales is a perfectly suitable at first base. And though his defense isn't nearly as good as Gonzalez, he's not far behind offensively. And there's no way I'd give up Pineda, he'd be an untouchable for me as an M's fan

Brian Matsuiz (sp?) has gone on the trading block quite a bit in my franchises. He would be a good young pitcher to acquire. Bumgarner has also gone on the trading block sometimes. But why do you need a pitcher as the Phillies? The Phillies have a lot of pitching prospects in the low minors and you already have the best rotation.

Using OSU roster for marlins chise until dome of the updated knight rosters come out in a month or 2. Looking to trade Nolasco for a lefty starter, I got some pitchin prospects I can wait on but I always seem to get roughed up when pitching with him

Just saw a couple of weird trades in my chise. The Phillies traded away Ryan Howard for one "A" prospect, and the Nationals traded away Jason Werth for one "A" prospect....????? There were a couple more suspect trades.

I'm getting Vlad Guerrero for a AAA player with B potential.

I'm about to just release Magglio. My whole team is slumping horribly and while Guerrero can really on DH, I figured if anybody can spark my team it's him. He's hitting .400 after the first month.
