Whats the bug?
Playing in fantasy franchise as the Giants and pitching with Tim lincecum. Forgot who my competitor was but think its the Pirates. Lincecum had 9-10Ks and in the 7th? when it goes to the cut scene where he's striking out all those batters, HE (lincecum) is one of the batters shown to strike out (hahaha). I did strike out with Lincecum in one of the mid innings and thought that was hilarious.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)

Whats the bug? Not seein wind speed when I press start. All i see is a Blue arrow like thing.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) Spring training games. Franchise

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?Happens every game just pushing start to see wind speed. Been this way since a Day 1 purchase

I'm not sure if this has been posted (where is the old official bug thread? I cannot search for existing bug report...), and not sure if this is considered a bug but here goes.

Whats the bug?

In RTTS, when steal is on with runners on 1st and 3rd, the runner on 3rd takes off, which I don't think is meant to be. I think the steal should be on for the runner on 1st but not the one on 3rd.

Happens when CPU controlled player is on 3rd and my RTTS player is on 1st. The 3rd base coach gives a steal sign and the guy on third tries home steal.


How often can the bug be reproduced?

I think this always happen when my RTTS player is on 1st and CPU controls the runner on 3rd.

What's the bug? Bullpen glitch

What mode? Franchise (Mets/Phillies)

What was done to trigger this? I rallied against the CPU to tie the game and had runners on. I went to the pen to warm up K Rod when upon exiting it says I have to replace Danny Baez (????).

-- to note, the "pitcher warm" indicator stayed on the screen for the whole inning.

Can I recreate it? Probably if I played more games.

Do I have pics? No, as the only way to get out of the screen is to quit the game outright.

This is the bullpen glitch as others posted, but mine happened mid inning

Just had that happen to me 7th inning mets at home against Giants i was plaing mom mode i was giants.I went to warm up pitcher and it says i must replace mets pitcher!Couldn't get out of that screen without quiting game very annoying!!

Whats the bug?

When a foul ball is dropped by a fielder, no error is charged to nobody but counted as an error (see the attached image).

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

A batter popped up and a fielder dropped the ball in the foul territory. The game log and replay says "had an error on the play"


How often can the bug be reproduced?

Not sure if this happens always. Hard to reproduce a fielder misplaying a foul ball, but I've seen this a few times over more than 200 CPU vs CPU games.

When a catcher drops a third strike, a weird "E0" is scored. See attached image.

I think this error happens when a batter successfully reaches first after a dropped third strike. Not sure if this *always* happens though.

This "E0" glitch happens quite often.

I just had this same thing happen. Franchise mode, I'm batting vs CPU, I hit a ball back up the middle (it actually hit the pitcher and ricocheted toward the 3rd basemen). It was called a foul ball, then it goes to the exact same screen as you posted above, where the batter is standing on top of homeplate facing the dug-out and the pitcher is on the mound (center-field camera view). You can hit start but nothing will unfreeze the action. Had to manually restart the PS3.

Actually, I've seen this bug too. It was also a game in Wrigley, though it was a CPU vs CPU game. The photo looked exactly like what I saw, that's why it rang a bell for me.

Just giving a confirmation this happened to me too. It has happened only once so far though.

This may not be a bug but it appears a funny "glitch" and I cannot find a glitch thread any more so here goes.


Whats the bug?

In a cut scene for a game winning single to CF in the bottom 9th, the batter watches the play unfolds but he didn't reach the first base as he watched the go ahead run score. If he didn't, and the fielding team gets a force out at 1st, I think the game shouldn't have finished.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) All. I notice is most in RTTS since that's where I'm spending most of most time.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Not Shaw what triggers it but everytime it just counts as a single. Triples are no problem.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Every time a play has a double.

Unable to swing at curveballs in the middle of the strike zone with 2 strikes.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Usually in a 2 strike count against the CPU pitcher who uses the curve frequently. They groove one, I try to swing yet my batter just stands there.
It seems that the trigger is curveballs being thrown over the middle of the plate with 2 strikes. Recreate? Maybe get into a 2 strike count against a pitcher who throws a lot of curves, hopes he throws it down the middle and try to swing at it.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I don't know. I have only seen it from pitchers who throw a lot of curveballs, like Tommy Hunter. It only seems to happen when there is a 2 strike count.

I was just in a quick game as the A's vs the Angels, in an 0-2 count with Matsui against Pinero, and he threw a 12-6 curve right down the middle and it wouldn't let me swing.

Whats the bug?
Hit a "grounder/line-drive" straight up the middle, but it hit the pitchers mound and landed in fair territory in-between pitchers mound and third base, but the announcers said it was a foul ball. The screen is now stuck with the batter standing in the near home plate (after walking back).

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? It would be difficult to recreate. this is the first time I've seen it happen. It happened by hitting a ground ball/line-drive up the middle

Unfortunately the game is frozen (the the crowd is still cheering and the players are standing still, but swaying from side to side) so I'm unable to record a video unless the game magically "finds" itself.

Haven't read the whole thread so sorry if this is a re-post

Bug: opposing team brings in a new pitcher and i immediately go to my bullpen to get the proper pitchers warmed up. I then cannot get out of my bullpen because i am prompted to replace the CPU pitcher that was just brought in and I, of course, cannot replace an opposing player.

Game mode: franchise

Frequency: every time

Recreate: I can't because I don't control when the CPU brings pitchers in

Extremely frustrating because it is usually very late in games.
