Whats the bug?
Game froze in the 8th inning. I was putting in a pinch runner and when I pressed X to pick my pinch runner the game went back to live and he was not in the game. After the pitch, I went back in to pinch run and the game froze. Waited 20 minutes and the game did not resume.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)

With a wife and kid, I only get 1 game a day. To play into the 8th in my franchise only to have it freeze and nothing count, VERY FRUSTERATING!

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I started a season 2 different times. I was able to pinch hit in the early part of each game but in the ninth of one game and the tenth of another game I could not pinch hit for my pitcher. I can get to the screen to choose my pinch hitter but it won't let me cycle through the hitters or select one. I can back out of it and let my pitcher bat but thats not really what I want to do.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Its happened twice. Both times I started my season.

I experienced it in franchise, Sounds of the Show


How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Pitcher gets Pulled but they never play the music I assigned

Whats the bug? Box score error. A starting pitcher got a loss when he shouldn't have, and a pitcher got unearned runs charged against him when there was no errors/passed balls in the game

Max Scherzer took a loss when it should have been Ryan Perry. The final score was 6-5. Scherzer left with 1 on (the tying run) and Perry gave up a go ahead 2 run homer.

Also, AJ Burnett was charged with 2 unearned runs. His first 3 runs scored against were a 2 run homer and a solo homer. The other 2 runs (I assume these were the unearned runs) came on a mix of infield hits, doubles, and some groundout runs. No videos of those but I have a picture of the box scores


I'm the Yankees so not sure why I'm complaining about this much but I guess it's because it's something that can effect franchise play in any game.

This has been in '09 & '10 (encountered myself on '10 in RTTS). Happens when a new pitcher is brought in with the tying run on base and he allows a go-ahead/game-winning homer. Loss goes to previous pitcher instead of him.

Not sure if this is a bug or feature, but we aren't seeing as many beautiful rain games...

I've been keeping track of weather info for all the games through April 29. So far, there has only been two games with rain. Is this realistic? I am not exactly sure, but should there be only about two games in rain out of about 400 games played? Something might not be right...

Wind Speed and Direction in Play Now are ALWAYS:
4-6 mph blowing in from RF - In every Ballpark

Whenever I get a man on 2nd and 3rd the game automatically tries a double steal.

This has happened about 5 times now. Tonight I made sure that I wasn't touching the L2 button. I was guessing pitch locations though. I am playing default controls with man. base running.

It happens every time I get men on 2nd and 3rd it seems.

Game got stuck after a weird foul ball...although I was able to fix it.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Batted ball went off the pitching rubber and foul, coming to rest behind home plate near the back-stop. The commentators called it foul, although my understanding is that this should be a fair ball. I use AUTO fielding and my catcher ran up the first base line (as if he were covering for an errant throw to first) and stood there about half way to first base. The runner just stood out in front of the plate. I thought the game was frozen and messed around for a few minutes to no avail. Finally I went in and changed my fielding setting to 'ASSIST' and I was able to run my catcher over to the ball and pick it up. Then I ran out and tagged the runner for the out. The game progressed normally from there.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

First time I've seen it.

This game sure does have a lot of bugs....Sorry to say, but MLB 10 is a better game.

I had a situation occur today in a Franchise game. I line drived a ball into the pitcher, it clearly hit him, hit the ground, rolled a bit and then he picked it up... but the game treated it as though I lined it into the pitcher's glove and doubled-up a runner I had on second base. Very strange. I unfortunately do not have video or photos, and probably couldn't recreate this if I tried.

I'm pretty sure somebody else has posted this. In RTTS, gameplay with the broadcast presentation mode. I play as a starting pitcher for the home team. In the cut scene introducing the pitcher, Vasgarsian announces that he is *replacing* some other pitcher. Then goes into the warm up the pitch mode.

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but it's the most appropriate place I could find.

Top 11th, 3-3 game, pitching with 0 out and a runner on first.

Batter hits a ground ball to the right of the first baseman. Instead of moving to his right to field the ball (and then throw to 2nd), the player walks to COVER FIRST BASE as the ball rolls through into left field. The other runner mvoes to third, I end up losing the game.

This happened to anyone else? I feel so ripped off.
