I recently emailed my local Best Buy about it being there and I'm waiting for a response...

Everything about it just felt great. The ball physics, as expected, make the gameplay seem so much more fluid. New animations are awesome as well. I hit a little floater down the third base line that actually enabled me to get Ryan Howard from first to third. Very cool. The hit variety is top notch.

I'm digging the new scoreboard animations too. Hit a home run with Jim Thome and the scoreboard said "GOODBYE BASEBALL!"

I also have to agree with some of the previous posters in that the ball does in fact feel like it has some weight to it when you pitch. Hard to explain, but you'll be able to tell when you play the game.

Also, for classic pitching users, there is a little split second delay after you select your pitch. This is because it waits for the pitcher to shake yes to the catcher.

The aquarium backstop at Marlins Park is very very cool. The home run thing is ugly. We know this. Haha. Will definitely be nice to not have to play in Sun Life Stadium 18 times this year. Place was terrible.

Players faces have also improved as well. Guys like Jimmy Rollins and Vance Worley look spot on this year!

I didn't get a chance to hear the commentary though. The volume was low but also for some reason the commentary wasn't working even though all 3 guys volumes were turned up to maximum.

Once you go MLB 12 there is no going back. Haha. Don't even want to touch MLB 11 now. Kudos to SCEA once again on a job well done!

EDIT: Forgot to add this. When you play a night game with partly cloudy skies, it looks damn awesome! Absolutely gorgeous.

I watched it! Great video. Thanks a lot for the vid! They have Duda as a Fat slob.. SMH. He's actually toned. But it's okay, by next year, they'll have him right. Nice to see Wrights new stance! It's perfect. And bays, his is a lot better than it was before, they could've had him crouched a tiny more and with his front leg to the left a tiny bit more, but I'll keep it! I'm very impressed! I saw many of the new physics and hit types. Also, TC made it in. This year I think the game will rate 9.5/10. It think it was 9/10 last year.

haha yeah it does. Looks really smooth. The Broadcast cameras look amazing. Duda was HUGE lol but I really love how when he hits the homerun it shows him rounding all the bases (as stated in the video),and the managers reaction etc. I'm really excited about this year. It looks refreshing with the ball physics. Thank you for the video. Greatly appreciated!

I like how at the end of the inning they showed you it and with the score at the bottom, before you didn't know what the score was, it looks a lot like a TV broadcast( thats how they sometimes show HRs on SNY after the innings over)Faces look a lot better, I'm extremely pumped!!

Game does look good. Unfortunately on the HR, I saw the same camera was in use which only shows the ball shadow. Only in replays do you get to see the actual ball, and then it zooms in so close that its out of context of the field and stadium. Small nitpick, but I think the ball is more interesting that its shadow. Wish there was a balanced camera which showed the ball but also showed some of the stadium/field.

Yeah, I mean he doesn't weigh 285.. I think he's 245, but they have him as fat in the game I guess, he should be buff. He's bigger than last year in the game! And he's like 6'4 or 6'5. They might have his weight wrong in the game or it's just because he has the fat body type. But every other players body was pretty accurate.

Yeah he does have a kind of chubby face but he is toned. I like that they show the score after the inning replay homerun as well. I really liked how when Victorino came up to bat it showed his lifetime average vs. Santana at the top. Awesome.

Duda, I tell ya, he's going to be a monster, deffinitely in the game. Taking a Halladay pitch deep in the game, can't wait! Regardless that Halladay was controlled by someone and it was CBP, Dudas power should be pretty good. Yeah! TBP came into play a lot during that video! It actually looked like a real game. I love the new home run animation for TBP. It was so lame before. And the tidbit on the "Flyin Hawianins" career batting average off Santana was excellent! That's never been in the game before.
