I saw Thole and Ruben Tejada had arm sleeves. The compression ones, they're both black. Tejada really wears one, I don't recall thole wearing one, but nothing big at all, I edit all the players to the exact gear they wear and colors of everything as I can. When they're at home and on the road. I'm that close. Now, with more gear for the players, it will be even easier to make them look more accurate.

Thanks to the uploader for that video, it was really cool, the game looks great. And if i was a mets fan, i would be really irritated by the way Lucas Duda looks, i`d probably recreate him myself.NFL : Atlanta Falcons

Re: MLB 12 playable at Best Buy
Ok, back from Best Buy... Day #2.
Immediately started up a franchise with control of all teams, simulated spring training & wanted to see the "line-up logic". Manager line-up's are objective & fluctuate all the time. DID see Granderson batting 4th, Chipper 7th, Howard 3rd, Rollins 6th etc for their respective teams... Maybe a small roster tweak here & there & the AI will put Howard in the 4 hole etc? Much improved as a whole IMO...
The new ball physics alone are worth the purchase! And, I wasn't unhappy with the physics in MLB "11". I used "Broadcast" fielding & the way the ball & ball shadows move around are SO much better! In MLB "11" & @ ATT, any ball hit down the RF line would ricochet hard off the wall, be collected by the RF & fired to 2B which evaporated MANY 2B's... Not anymore! On more than one occasion, the ball softly made it's way over the 1B's head, slightly tailed away from the RF & my runner made it to 2B comfortably...
Some of the new animations are subtle, but VERY noticeable. It seemed like the SS had a few in-between hops to deal with which triggered small side-stepping animations. Saw an in-the-hole dive by Belt (1B) which triggered a new & well done "throw from the sitting down" position...
Back to the "heavier" - "weight" of players... Balls that were normally automatic outs MLB "11" are not so in MLB "12". And, that's not reflective on only OF's. The new ball physics, player reaction times, speed etc will all create different outcomes on defensive this year. Defense is SO much more fun! I could go on & on here, but in sum... Don't overlook defensive substitutions, defensive angles & smart usage with your dives! Dove towards the line & made a great catch with Gordon (KC), came crashing in a shallow hit ball to center with Cain (KC), dove a little early & the ball got behind me. Yes, that was possible last season too, but if feels SO much different. Back to the ball physics for a sec, that ball that got past me came to a stand still 20' feet from the wall, picked up by a backing-me-up Francoeur rifled to 2B for a close play. That ball rolls all the way to the wall for an automatic 3G in MLB "11"...
Pulse pitching: Watching the videos & seeing the curls expand & contract (pulsing), I told myself that any player with any rhythm at all will master this style of pitching immediately... NOT THE CASE! I was throwing balls all over the place!
True Broadcast: Watching the videos & seeing the camera to the SP, then the batter, then the fielder, then back to the SP, I thought an average game would take forever... NOT THE CASE! Skipping through an entire series of cut-scenes or replays is lightning fast. Liked broadcast presentation last season until I actually got a hit. This season, you'll see what yup want to see, skip what you don't in a nano-second... Very well done!
Maybe an isolated incident, but I was making the opposition's SP's look down right dumb when batting! The SP's have always been WAY too good IMO...
My only concern her, which MAY have been another isolated incident... "K's" were not accumulating on the RF brick wall @ ATT?
Being an exclusive franchise guy, I must have ended 1/2 of my posts here with "Damn Vita"! And, I'm sorry. What us franchisers MAY or may NOT have lost out on during the development cycle is MORE than excused here ;-)
This game is SO good, I'm not sure what consumed me more today? Enjoying the gameplay? Or, how I could somehow get the display box open, replace the MLB "12" disk with $100 bill (technically not stealing?), not being captured on video, getting past the security censors & eluding Best Buy employees?

Re: MLB 12 playable at Best Buy
I don't think I will, considering how they'll probably talk about his year last year and how it has his stats and actual picture. But I'm a little annoyed, he played plenty of games last year for them to realalize he's not overweight. But, maybe with a different batting stance( I'll be changing it to the one I have for him, it's closer) hell probably look slightly less fat, because the stance I have for him he's standing up more.Harvey's BetterComment

Re: MLB 12 playable at Best Buy
I'll fire up MLB 11 and tell you which one it is. It's pretty close to his real life one, I think the one they gave him, and even last year, was astrubal Cabreras, which isn't even close for Dudas.Harvey's BetterComment
