So I loved getting a potential Ace for a guy I can't stand. BTW I totally forgot to mention I got a AAA SP (name escapes me) "A" potential. I will post his name tomorrow. So I received 2 SP (one a star now and potential future star) and a 3 month rental on Polanco if he decides to retire after this season.

    His name is Trevor May.

    So Ramirez for

Hamels - Stud "A" potential expiring contract (will be #1 resign priority)
Polanco - 36 yr old 3B year left max expireing contract
Trevor May - "A" potential SP in AAA ball currently and in the rotation as 5th starter on the Zephyers.

Nice man, should be interesting to see how the farm turns out. I'm tuning up these sliders for my actual franchise with the braves. Need Scott's roster

You have no case for Oliver as all he does is come in and pitch to 1 or 2 lefties then leaves. Janssen I'll have to see about that one. And I'd rank your bullpen 3rd or 4th in AL East and top 10 in AL

                Yeah I did.

But you know what. We got jobbed on the Carbera trade with the Tigers.....so we need a deal like this to make up for that debacle!

If you weren't resigning Hamels then it'd be fine I guess ... Idk this is a really tough one to break down

I'm not placing them on a pedestal, I'm saying that they're good relievers. I didn't say that you said that Janssen/Frasor/Oliver were garbage. Please, don't insinuate that I'm saying things, putting people on pedestals, etc. It may sound petty but I REALLY don't like when people do that to me, it's frustrating.

Tell you what, we'll come back to this in another year, and I'd say Janssen is still performing. I agree on the rankings, although I'd say we're fourth in the AL, ahead of Boston. The three ahead are hard to rank, though.

I might need bullpen help down the road as with venters injury got me thinking we don't have much depth behind him, any ideas? Preferably right handed an based off standings irl?

Matt Belisle is a guy on the Rockies who I always think should be on a contender. He's quite good and the Rockies aren't going anywhere fast.
