Would you not take it because you'd feel guilty, or because you'd want more for JPA/Oliver? I sincerely hope the former...

I just play with force trades, and either go to the Arb Panel thread (how smoothly is that working again? Beautifully! Good to see) or I come here to get advice. No trade logic, no guilt.

only reason i dont use the Arbitration Panel really is cause a) im not much of a trader unless there's no other option and b) some reps take a while to answer and im not gunna wait on their response IRL.....i have been on a trading spree lately however in my franchise...shame on me

Oh really? I can't catch up on all those pages, so can you give me a quick update? I'll 'rate' them to keep it on topic.

You overpaid for A.J. a LOT. Santos was unrealistic, bud, they'd had him for not long. Unless he was doing REALLY, REALLY badly.

i felt bad for the White Sox since their farm system is so crappy...i only see myself finishing out 2012 with this current franchise so it didnt bother me really.....On Santos, they kept putting him on the market but they wanted a ludicrous return so i kept it fair....he was doing good actually but i dont view him as an untouchable closer if u know what i mean....u dont think if he was healthy and doing well and the Jays were well out of it IRL and the Jays received a good offer for him, he could be traded??...and let me emphasize COULD

See, with that attitude to the Sox, you might as well just give the Raptors Lowry for free.

I don't think he would be. Unless it blew them away. Two B's wouldn't blow them away.

video games and real-life is two different things...if u was in my shoes and playing out the rest of your 1-year franchise, u would give a crap about giving up an extra B prospect? lol....trust me, im not always giving...but i really needed a starting-caliber catcher badly.......and regarding Santos, as long as there's a chance of him being dealt IRL, that's good enough for me.....u dont seriously think Santos is worth an A do u?....u can blame the video-game Jays for continously offering him

There isn't a chance, though. I'm telling you, unless they received an A prospect IRL, they wouldn't accept. They want to at least give him a shot. He isn't worth an A, but that's what it would take.

let's put it this way and we can end this discussion....if u think somebody trading for Sergio Santos is beyond unrealistic, i'll disagree but ok...BUT......let's pretend u was an outsider who didnt breathe, sleep, and eat the Blue Jays.....would u feel the same exact way that u do now? honestly

It isn't beyond unrealistic, it's unrealistic period.

An 'outsider?' Lol that made me laugh.... Look, let's use a comparable.... Who were the relievers traded this offseason? Because I'm in favor of giving guys around half a year at least with a team before trading them.
