Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
^ Thanks again, I appreciate the help. I don't want to fleece the CPU for a superstar SS(even though it's possible). Here's what I have in the works now.
Mets get:
Asdrubal Cabrera
Ryan Spilborghs
Indians get:
Danny Murphy
Frank Fransisco
Ruben Tejada
Now the problem with this trade that I see is the LARGE amount of salary I would have to take on....EPL - Arsenal
MLB - Seattle Mariners
NBA - Cleveland Cavaliers
NFL - Philadelphia Eagles
MLS - Seattle Sounders

Traded Brett Gardner (.239 in may) for Ichiro (.275). Ichiro finished at .310 and Gardner hit .280 and led the MLB in doubles. Good deal for both sides.Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Hi all,
Can anyone think of a mid aged-veteran bench outfielder who's got some power or contact and can run? Right now my bench is all hitting, no speed at all.
(My bench is Doumit, Encarnation, Kubel and Peralta. I'd gladly give up Kubel and a prospect for said player. Or two prospects, like a B and C.)"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Dyson - Royals (all he does is run though)
Coco Crisp - A's (they are in full rebuild mode so why not)Come hang with me on YouTube! I stream/make videos on a variety of games from sports, to action, to adventure!

I absolutely LOVE Revere. If I gave up Kubel and maybe a C or a B, what could I get? A Revere-B package?"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Kubel
Martis (C)
FOR
Revere
Gutierrez (B)
Kubel for Revere would be a massive over payment. I threw in a high level C and asked for a B (a RP) back.
Went through. I think it's pretty fair. I think I might have overpaid, but Revere's a sparkling fielder and super fast, so I'm fine with that. While I don't think it was TOO unrealistic, it was fair."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I was thinking of moving Matt Holliday for a more defensive option in the OF while trying to net a decent prospect at 1st. Any ideas because to be honest I have no idea what a fair trade would be for Holliday.Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Also, would anyone have an idea of who to trade Adam Lind/Kelly Johnson/Maybe some prospects for? I'm putting Hechavarria at SS, Escobar at 2nd, and Rizzo at first. Think that Johnson/Lind/B prospect could garner an A pitching prospect in the lower levels?"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment
