Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
And Wells' deal is gigantic and no team would pick it up unless he was really performing, regardless you aren't getting a good prospect back for him.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Cabrera is better than Pujols ATM, and Pujols is declining with a ridiculously large deal. So, yeah, unfair."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
lol. You know we are are talking video games here not real life right. Um ill put trumbo at DH and Cabrera at 1b and then when there isnt DH ill put trumbo in the OF. Ill let the CPU decide what they want to do with him cause i dont do the 30 man roster control like some people do.Comment

Pujols going for Miggy is unrealistic and unfair...if you have no guilt about making that trade than good for you. Most of us in this community have a conscience and can't make trades that we know are unrealistic in good faith, so bringing them into this thread isn't something I'd recommend.
But don't question why we think its unreal and unfair man. Because no matter how you justify it, its unfair and definitely unrealistic. Miguel is 3 years younger than Albert and is much more affordable, plus Miguel is a better player than Albert right now and for the foreseeable future as well. Detroit won't be dealing Miggy for just about any package a team would ever offer them, and that's especially true for Pujols.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

5-7 5.07 ERA ( I know not pretty) Been better as of late though Dodgers, Giants, Angels, Tigers, Cardinals, Rangers have all shown interest. Using Knights Rosters btwLast edited by KnickNation17; 08-09-2012, 04:57 PM.Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
The thread is used to discuss realistic trades. People come in and ask what they could get in return for someone, or what they would need to give up to get someone. The trade logic in this game is flawed, and you can always make unfair trades like the ones you suggested. Considering that you completely disregarded what they told you and seem like you are going to do whatever you want, this probably isn't the thread for you.Comment

Keep pitching him and try boost his value leading up to the deadline by trying for some good starts. If you're lucky to find the right taker at the deadline, Santana could net you two low B or at least one B and a CFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.
