Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Im worried about Flores tho. Hes a C overall with a C potenial and has -1 next to contact vs r and left and power vs r and l. I just set training assignments a couple of weeks ago. He has like 16 hrs in AAA and he's not on a cold streak. Im hoping the training assignments kick in soon and change the -1 to a +1.Comment

I'm feeling sorta retro today... Price on Aaron Hill? I'm guessing one, two C's without knowledge of stats, right? I'll edit this post in 15 when I have his stats."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Prices of these guys?
3B Ian Stewart - .266, 11 HR, 30 RBI, 5 SB
SS Cliff Pennington - .307, 7 HR, 34 RBI, 18 SB
UTIL Ben Zobrist - .259, 7 HR, 29 RBI, 13 SB
2B Jemile Weeks - .261, 1 HR, 23 RBI, 16 SB (probably not very realistic)
(dare i say it) 2B Dan Uggla - .250, 16 HR, 67 RBI, 4 year contract
I'm the Padres by the way and I have Jason Bartlett at SS hitting .246 and Chase Headley at 3B hitting .219 so I'm looking at an upgrade. Also looking at 2B because I could slide Orlando Hudson over to SS (yes, I know he isn't on the Padres anymore IRL).Comment

I agree unless he's putting up All-star numbers like in real life.Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Hill: .296/.357/.535. 13 HR. However, only .209 AVG/RISP, and only hitting .259 on righties, .347 on lefties. Is the Diamondback's park a pitcher's park? .271 at home, .317 road. Only 20 BB, to 50 K. Very mixed bag.... injured ATM, getting over a pulled calf... 1-6 days remaining, was on the DL though, which worries me. I'd say two very good C's?"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment
