So far...with a NEW franchise....I've ...
-started and played Game 1
-simmed through entirely
-simmed to past the A.S. game and started a game.

No freezing.

So is it just guys with existing franchises that are having the freezing?

Well, the freezing is unfortunate. I was planning on restarting my franchise with the OSFM opening day rosters anyway, so I guess it won't affect me that much. phew!

My dodgers franchise seems fine so far. I only started yesterday though and hadn't started the regular season. I didn't want to start again as I had organised all my roster moves and lineups.
Now played 2 games with psycho's HOF sliders. No freezes and definitely not seeing crazy offense like others have said. Lost 1st game 2-0 and won second 5-0.

Didn't matter much to me but it is good having proper start times.

Thinking of restarting though if other people are experiencing freezing

Could you sim ahead?

Getting the specific conditions surrounding the freezing issue will help if a patch can correct it.

Knowing whether existing Franchises in Spring Training experience these issues I'm sure would help immensely.

Ever since I have downloaded the patch, I can't play my RTTS. I press sim to next appearance, and every time it freezes. I gave up after my 4th time trying. I can only assume that it is the patch, since I played about 15 games yesterday.

Im getting exact same thing. Play next appearance and it freezes. Everytime I do it. Played fine yesterday.

I was anxious and excited when I was told a patch was being released hoping that finally I could start my online league but was very let down this morning.


Divisions still backwards and not align like they should be. Meaning when you create a league the AL should be on the LEFT and NL on the RIGHT and the 6 team division should be in the middle for NL as it would be called NL Central.

Starting Rotations still do not save.

Home games still do not work. Yes your first game RED for home you play it and your at home but if you play the next game instead of being Away its still a Home game. I still do not get why we cant play 3 straight games in one stadium following our league schedule! Why oh why does it half to be 1 Home then next game away? Could you imagine if this was real life and all that travel that would take place? It makes no sense to play 1 game Home then very next game travel to the opposing teams stadium this is not realistic what so ever and i thought this game was all about realism.

I choose a BLUE away game and it puts me as the Home team every time.

The online league schedules are still broken I have no idea why we can't have a option to have the 2012 MLB schedule its already on the game in the offline franchise.

This is my very first year on the SHOW and if this is what I can expect when a patch comes out is only offline stuff gets fix then why in the hell have a online league in the first place? Hey Russell I got a news flash for you a lot of people play this game online and in online leagues. It's not only about offline in a franchise or season.

You should really do a survey or something or calculate just how many people play online leagues I am sure you have a way to get the statistics.

Only positive is you can use custom rosters but to completely ignore starting rotations is unacceptable I an deal with some of the other things that got left out, but starting rotations is a big part of the leagues and who is following there rotations but if you can't set them and save them its going to be impossible to get guys to follow the correct rotations.

No. I am playing this weekend Brewers game in season. Just fired it up twice all are wearing #42.

Was the game on April 15th? Because that's Jackie Robinson Day, when every uniformed individual wears 42 in honor of Jackie Robinson.
