I first want to say I don't have any lag issues or online playing horrible its all the other things I mentioned and them to say somehting was added and fixed and it's not is what pisses me off.

League:

• Extensive League setup improvements. Increased stability and usability.

Its the same exact setup as before there's nothing new about any of it.

Is there even a "PATCH" being worked on?

If you would please provide me with some kind of patch notes,patch to do list or something I just really want to know what is going to try to be addressed or fixed,mainly i want to see the stuff for online thats will be patched the online leagues is my main concern.

The list is huge. A lot of league stuff. Patch is going to Format for final approval. May be released this weekend but that is pending and confidential.

I can't really say for sure.

I think if you perhaps sim ahead to season two, and then sim and enter a game past the All-Star break, that would help a lot.

Well with all the problems reported and I am at work and havn't had a chance to get the update, the obvious question would be do I have to do the update and if I don't will affect anything ??? ( I only play Season/ RTTS and once and a while online ) thanks.

No. I am playing this weekend Brewers game in season. Just fired it up twice all are wearing #42.

Jackie Robinson Day is April 15th, this Sunday actually. Looking at the Braves schedule... they play the Brewers.

You can't load a Franchise file from the Main Menu screen?

This is the first I've read of that. The other people so far reporting Franchise freezes are reporting them from WITHIN the Franhise file itself.

Can you confirm this? Was I reading you correctly?

Starting Rotations still do not save.

Only positive is you can use custom rosters but to completely ignore starting rotations is unacceptable I an deal with some of the other things that got left out, but starting rotations is a big part of the leagues and who is following there rotations but if you can't set them and save them its going to be impossible to get guys to follow the correct rotations.

This is somewhat incorrect.. I set and saved my rotation here:

Kennedy is the default #1 but I switched Hudson to #1. I did this 3x because it wasn't saving. Then I remembered an error in '10 or '11 where this happened. You have to set the rotation, then go to the right (bullpen side & where there is an open spot) and hit circle to exit out. You should see the base loading icon on the bottom right (meaning it's saving).

If you set the rotation and then just hit circle, without clicking out from an empty spot on the bullpen side, it won't save.

I'm 90% sure this is what I did to get the rotation to save. I'll try again when I get home later. I guess if you're home now give it a shot.

From the main menu, I went to Franchise --> Continue. I then select my franchise file and it simply hangs after loading. I see the background with "Data Utility" in the upper right. The entire game and system goes unresponsive and I am unable to control the PS3 without pressing physical buttons on the console.

Just writing to confirm that it will not load from the main menu after the patch. When I start again, the PS3 checks the hard drive and warns me it might be corrupted. It has occurred 3 times now (to test all three files).

Ok I have just done this. It did not freeze once. I didnt play a whole game but it loaded up fine.

So just to be clear.

I had started a franchise yesterday but hadnt preceded past spring training. After the patch I continued my franchise and everything has been fine.
I am using 30 team control with Knights rosters and using the Dodgers as my team.

Noe freezes at all.

Franchise seems to be running slower on the calender. Also in the ticker at the bottom for season leaders it shows RBI and home runs and such with decimals. for example: 1. Prince Fielder- 20.00 2. Albert Pujols- 18.00

I have this issue as well.

Not sure if this is related to the patch, or the OSFM roster, but every time I start a new season, I try to add Damon to the Indians. It freezes upon loading the FA list.

I'm disappointed that my M's franchise froze. We were 4-1 and off to a fantastic start but hey now I can use the opening day rosters and start over. Still there's no excuse after we were told we wouldn't need to restart our franchises! I simmed a full season just so I could get the M's big 3 up in Hultzen,Walker and Paxton and now I must sim another full season
