Let us know what happens regarding Schoop. We would really love tto have him if the Giants' deal doesn't work out. Honestly, Matusz and maybe Britton are the only ones that we can really see we would give up Brown for. We still think he's worth a good amount.

We are pretty sure are dealing Schoop, as we are going to aquire Madison Bumgarner. (I'm pretty sure we are doing it, as I have done a lot of work in photoshop to make a newspaper article for it for my dynasty!) We would be open to trading Matusz definitly. Are you sure you guys wouldn't like a guy like Tillman. He is a good young pitcher(A pot).

    Tell me what you think,

We aren't quite sure if Tillman would fit our plans for the future. We don't know much about him and would prefer to try and get someone whom we know more about.

Who else would you be interested in? If we send Britton, we might have to recieve another good prospect. Let us know!

We don't think we would need to give up 2 prospects just for Britton. Especially if one of them is Domonic Brown. We aren't looking to overpay for any of your players.

We really want Brown, so we are willing to work. I don't have a problem giving up Matusz, but giving up 2 of of top young players for a prospect is hard for us to do. Shoot us an official offer, and we can work from that!

Recently we have been trying to deal Domonic, he still has a ton of upside but we just don't see him working out for us. The season has not begun yet (waiting for Scott's roster), but we were just trying to gauge your interest in Brown. We also figured since you have an aging Ichiro with only a year left on his contract, Brown could make an impact in the majors as soon as 2013! We really like Danny Hultzen, Taijuan Walker, James Paxton, and Blake Beavan. Let us know if you're interested and maybe we can negotiate something.

As you probably know, we are interested in trading away Domonic Brown. We have a high interest in Nolan Arenado. The season has yet to start but we would like to know if you would be willing to trade away Arenado for Brown, who could bolster up your RF spot for years to come. If necessary, we could throw in Polanco if you're looking for a short term answer at third.

                    How about this:

You recieve Matusz, Tillman, and Britton

                    We recieve Dominic Brown

                    This is just a start.

                      Subject: Catchers

                      Hi there!

I'm quite interested in your catchers, Buster Posey, Carlos Santana and Jesus Montero. We are willing to deal Drew Hutchinson, J.P. Arencibia and Adam Lind.

I have not started my season yet, but you can look towards real life statistics as comparables, because I will be using Scott's ZiPS rosters. Arencibia has shown very good power and has been an RBI machine, and seems to be like a Brian McCann like player. Adam Lind is a good player to take a risk on, after his stellar 2009. He is fairly cheap, as well. Drew Hutchinson has been stellar for us, giving tons of quality starts and has held opponents to under 2 runs in most of his last starts.

Santana has under preformed this year, and Montero has been decent, if not under performing. Posey has been high quality, and I'd be open to giving up more for him, although I'm very concerned about him catching after that bush-league collision last year. (Everything I just mentioned was in regards to real-life statistics.)

Thank you for your time, and let's make a deal! If you have any bad contracts (I'm looking at you, Chone Figgins, Aubrey Huff, Barry Zito, Derek Lowe, Travis Hafner, even Grady Sizemore) that you'd like to dump on us, we're game. Seriously, no matter how horrendous the contract is. We'd like to open up our wallets this year!

A quick reply would be VERY appreciated, as I look to finalize trades with other teams around the league.

                      Best regards,
                      Toronto Blue Jays Organization
                      Just bumping this!

Does anyone really care where I sent this from?

Yes, but I'm nervous on trading inter-division. This is a yes or no proposal:

                          Arencibia
                          Escobar
                          Lind

I figured as much and don't blame you, as trading in the division never really ends well.

                                RF Ichiro Suzuki - .279/.328/.414, 15 2B, 5 3B, 3 HR, 19 RBI, 20/21 SB, 18 BB, 36 K
                                CP Brandon League - 1-1, 19 SV, 2.75 ERA, 19.2 IP, 23 H, 2 HR, 12 K, 7 BB

I would be willing to add in RP George Sherrill (1-1, 1.23 ERA, 22 IP, 11 H, 18 K, 6 BB) and possibly SP Victor Sanchez (18 years old, B Potential, in A-ball) if it would help me net someone like SS Eugenio Suarez (AAA, .266/.313/.407, 19 2B, 4 HR, 37 RBI, 10 SB, 16 BB, 39 K).

As always, appreciate your time in this matter.

                                Best,

RE: ABOVE QUOTED NEGOTIATION (Suzuki/League v. Raburn, et al)

I apologize back for the delay... we've been having CPU network problems here at Tigers central.

I would be willing to deal here on either package. Sherrill and Sanchez would net you Eugenio as well. (You'd have to do it in two trades, but seeing how MY Tigers are going, and their division in yours...)

I have other SS prospects that our organization thinks are a better fit for us, so this is definitely a welcome deal.

Just to confirm, I'd be fine with...

                                Seattle Receives:

Ryan Raburn, Andy Dirks, Drew Smyly, and Eugenio Suarez

                                Detroit Receives:

Ichiro, Brandon League, George Sherrill, and Victor Sanchez

I know you said possibly Sanchez, just trying to give you a concrete answer that yes you would have a deal in this instance. Our organization definitely needs an outfielder who can step in with a true MLB bat, and getting two veteran relievers and a pitching prospect to replace the more advanced pitching prospect we are losing in Smyly suits us right down to the ground.

You can make this trade with confidence in your franchise if you so choose -- and again we here at Tigers HQ apologize for the delay in response.

                                Regards,

David Dombrowski (President & CEO - Detroit Tigers)
