in all fairness, i think it'd make more sense to inquire about a player once u started your franchise so they can accumulate some kind of stats so we can engage in a back-and-forth negotiation....hope that makes sense...

P.S.: with a blind resume, i believe 2 B's for Wandy would be fair

I don't like two B's for Wandy. That's a lil bit too expensive for our liking. However, I may call back on Carlos Lee past the all-star break.

what do YOU think is fair for Wandy? and dont say Cecil or Mathis lol...hey, im willing to negotiate...and knowing how much u cant stand Lind, Lee would be an ideal fit for u guys

Jokes aside, I'd go three C's... He would get POUNDED in the AL East. He'd be destroyed lol. If I'm going for Lee, that means I have to send down David Cooper for a year. So if Cooper's ratings in Scott's rosters aren't great, then I'll consider a trade for Lee. However, I might be going for Jeremy Guthrie, plus I've already got a deal for Garza, and if the Phillies are out of it, probably Hamels. So I'd really only take Wandy on the cheap...

to be fair, it's a video game...u can make anybody look like a stud or a bum...it depends on how YOU pitch with him....and no issues Milan...just gaging what u thought Wandy's worth...although i disagree, i respect your opinion...we're always open for business regarding Lee and/or other players u'd be interested in

P.S. i think i can make Cecil a decent pitcher if he ended up on the Stros.....Mathis has NO hope

dont feel too left out....i've had one inquiry regarding an Astros player which is surprising because i assume the Astros would stink in everybody's franchises so guys would come running to them for a vet or two

I wonder how many guys are even into June, though... I would be if I played "play one, sim five"... I'm 13 games, without freezes and stuff I'd probably be 50 games in... I think it will develop as people's seasons move along.

It's a shame that a lot of people that do these "realistic" trades never get more than 15 personally played games into their franchise....

Lee and Rodriguez would be two good vets and depending on Myers, Lyon, Lowrie, i think the Astros have a few decent trading chips that would entice a playoff contender

Yeah, I expect REAL talks on Myers and Lowrie, especially Myers to increase bigtime over the next 21 days or so... Myers is probably one of the 5 most available players in the majors right now...

i know what u mean...also there's a large contigent of guys waiting for Scott's roster so i somewhat understand the lack of action..especially when it comes to a crappy team like the Stros....

I'll admit that from a personal standpoint, that I'm highly interested in Jordan Schafer... never looked up his stats in my franchise yet (already traded for Walker (PIT)... and I only make offers, not requests for prices.
