Will we be able to see players' statistics for the regular season during the post season and off season? I know that by going to the player cards you can see their regular season AVG, HR, and RBI, but I'd like to be sble to see a free agent's K/BB ratio, OPS, or any other number of statistics in order to determine if he is a good fit for my squad. Doesn't really make sense to keep track of dozens of statistics then let you see only 3 or 4 of them when deciding what players to sign. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but I've just read through some of the other CD threads and haven't searched this one prior to asking my question.

How are the Interleague games looking beyond the first year? Are teams continuing to play rivals (Yanks/Mets-Reds/Indians-Cards/Royals) and are the interleague games rotating? Meaning teams play different divisions each year while maintaining the series vs their rival?Comment

Sorry for back to back posts, just thought of another question and cannot edit my previous post.
Will we see guys go into the Hall of Fame after the season they retire? Example: lets say Mariano Rivera decides to retire after year 1, will he immediately go into the Hall of Fame? (NBA 2k does this)Comment

tabarnes had this to say in the official community day thread:
All of the presentations make franchise so much more dynamic. You can tell the difference between opening day, mid summer, September and the playoffs. The pop ups and info in game is so great makes the game look like watching a telecast. You feel like in franchise now "you" are really in this reality. You can see trades and injuries scroll on the ticker as well as big milestones.
Plus, do batters have better/more varied walk up overlays?
Also what replaced the newspaper? the ticker? or does each team have a headline page?Comment

Re: Community Day 2013 - FRANCHISE MODE/EDITOR
I have a couple questions on free agency:
-Is the issue fixed where around 2016/2017 players get one offer for half of what they should get for only one year?
-Are players more likely to leave for free agency than resign within 2 days like last year?
-Can more than 3 teams offer contracts now?Comment

Are you allowed to talk about what "Twitter in The Show" is about from the fact sheet.
Is that just something where you can post directly to twitter from in-game or is there actually a virtual twitter world in franchise?"Life is like baseball, it's the number of times you arrive home safely that counts"Comment

There is a waiting period in baseball as well as most major sports. It was my suggestion to have it at the end of the season after a player retires and qualifies. This allows people to see who makes it. They now also keep all hall of famers on a screen so if you play 20 seasons you can look at all of the hall of famers.Comment
