    Re: Community Day 2013 - Stadiums - Questions/Concerns/Inquiries

How will the stadiums attendance be done? Im sure this has been talked about before. Is it going to be general where all stadiums are full of fans or is it based off of win-loss record of the teams?

When the Cubs for example suck, they still pack the seats. Will it be like that on the Show? But say the Pirates suck, what will it be like? About empty I hope.

Hell, say the Pirates (or Marlins) are good. Will they still pack the seats? Will all 17 Marlins fans come to the games?

Im interested to know the logic on attendance in The Show????

      NFL: Kansas City Chiefs
      MLB: Kansas City Royals
      NCAA: Kansas Jayhawks

Attendance has been dynamic (more on the opening day, depending on team records, etc.) for a while.

Blue Jays stadium, Rogers Center, is getting rid of the window restaurants, out near center, it is going to be replaced with an open porch, where people can eat and drink and whatever. So you can take note of this and relay it to the developers for next year I guess.

Not the restaurant windows! Those are one of the iconic scenes about rogers centre(the roof is 1st on that list)!

I loved seeing guys like Delgado hit home runs off the restaurant windows.

Yeah, i think it's iconic too, but i think it will look nice, i like change, so it should be interesting at least.

Depends on what they replace it with. If they just get rid of it all and it's just like a wide open area with cement floors and just tables and stuff around it, then it'd be boring. Would be cool if they had like a patio on both sides, and grass in the middle(and fans can actually go on it too, since it'd be in 200 level so it won't be near the camera) so it'd be like many other MLB ballparks that have grass in the CF area.

Or statues of the Jays on the level of excellence(so we'd have guys like Carter,Alomar,Delgado,Cheek,Cito and others)

Whatever happens to it, it has to be something that'll provide for a cool fan experience for any fans(not just fans who want to sit down at tables and eat/drink) and will be a cool sight to see if you look at it from somewhere like home plate.

Yeah, that'd be awesome, i guess we're just gonna have to wait and see what they decide to do.

Just a thought as we wait for 13'. I know park effects are in and have been the past years. Fantasy drafted sluggers in 12' and took them to Chase Field. Thanks for eventually fixing the ground rule double problem btw lol But my thought today is the effect of night and day games. I understand the marine air rolls in at night ?? Making it harder to hit homers ?? Is this something I should consider when selecting my starting pitcher ?? Jus looking for any knowledge on the night and day correlation to the Boom sticks. And if I can throw that young fireballer with no HR rating and possibly duck 1 tater for the day.

                      Ps
On a sidenote I know it's a small percentage of play but Willin Rosario drafted to a team with a brick backstop would be beneficial. 19 days !!
I play MLB exclusively with my cousin. Usually looking for info on Franchises. We played minor league baseball as 9-10 YOs on the Zephyrs.

Slab...not sure if you will still be checkin in here....but now that the Show live video was just posted...i noticed that US Cellular field is still messed up. In the ALCS game you can clearly see the wall behind the stands in left field is just a plain grey wall. It should be identical to the wall behind the right field bleechers. Its looked unfinished for 2 years now and i dont understand why thats not been fixed. It looks terrible.

hey Slab, I wanted to thank you for bringing PNC Park to the attention of the developers. I see in the new videos/pictures that PNC got some TLC (Ivy on CF building, new grass pattern). I cant wait ti see any other little new touches to PNC. Thanks again, and thanks to the developers for adding the changes.
