Re: MLB 13 The Show Fact Sheet
OK, that makes sense... There's also a correlation between individual pitch command and high ERA's and HR's/9, I ran a few tests with Felix giving him varying degrees of command and lower command = more dingers.Bakin' soda, I got bakin' sodaComment

Re: MLB 13 The Show Fact Sheet
The only thing that pisses me off about this game is how much more in depth its presentation is than other sports games. If The Show can do these things why can't Madden or NCAA?? NBA 2K is probably the only game that comes close to what The Show can do.Comment

This has been discussed before.
Thanks for the enlightening comment though.
Yes, they have separate budgets. Since you're trying to simplify what I'm saying I'll do the same.
Lets say marketing and R&D were the only two departments. Lets say SCEA has $100 to spend. SCEA has to determine what money to give to what department. As a fan of fundamentals, I'd want most of the money to go to R&D. That's just not how it works.
Oh well.
I will buy the game anyway as it's fun to playLast edited by CGHitman14; 01-15-2013, 09:26 PM.Comment

Re: MLB 13 The Show Fact Sheet
I would like to see/hear more about this new and improved Franchise mode. It certainly sounds interesting, but I'm going to need to see it in action before making any decisions. My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague
Alabama Crimson Tide
Green Bay Packers

Re: MLB 13 The Show Fact Sheet
Boom baby boom! As a deep franchise only player, I am stoked. Glad that you boys made some of the small changes that really impact the feel of the game for me.
Now here's to hoping lineup logic is implemented!

Re: MLB 13 The Show Fact Sheet
I wonder if the player photos that wil update throughout the year will get put in our franchise without starting a new one. I know on nba2k13 you could start a franchise and when they updated the courts (Lakers, Suns, etc.) they were automatically put in my franchise without starting a new one. That would be cool if this were the case with the player photos?Gal 2:20Comment

It really cracks me up when people say "I'm not buying the game", or "I'm not ready to make a decision" etc. First, NOBODY cares if you're buying the game or not, it doesn't change my decision or anyone else decision either. Second, chances are that even though you're talking all the smack, you'll end up buying the game anyways just because its a million times better then the other baseball choice on the market. Lastly, $60 for a game was a lot 7 years ago when most of us were in high school and worked part time. If you think about it, $60 for a game is not that much, if you consider how much we spend on phones, movie tickets, and beer. What I'm trying to say is this....Stop acting like you're breaking anyone's heart by not dishing out lousy 60 bucks for a video game that you'll probably get a good 4-6 months out of and you'll resell on ebay and get half your money back. This is one of, if not the best game on the market so please spare my eyes the reading of your nonsense comments. thanks.Comment
