Can someone give me a rundown of what exactly the xp is used for and where I can find my player profile in the game? Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere didn't want to look all over. Any help would be appreciated.

It amazes me how in accurate MLB.com is

I do not think it is a matter of being inaccurate but their categories are general where other places break down pitches to a more finite degree.

Fangraphs pulls their pitch f/x data from MLB gameday, so its the same lol.

Pitch types are highly subjective, especially when you leave the data mining to a computer algorithm like gameday does... without an actual person cross-checking for oddities there's bound to be some mistakes. However, I don't consider stuff like 2-seam vs sinker an actual mistake since those two pitches are practically the same lol

#1 No. Trying to figure that out myself.

#2, at the menu screen press select and scroll over to the number at the bottom left of the screen.
There is your profile.

Right! And some guys will swear they throw a Sinker and not a 2SFB.

If you are playing with manual catching ON, do you still have to hit L2 if you dive/jump for the ball?

Found out I had Auto on for Base Runing.

Changed it to assist and all good now.

So, whenever the first patch DOES come out...would we have to restart or Franchises for it to go into effect?

All those bugs that are in Progress. Astros OLD logo on the back of the mound. Blue Jays Seats aren't colored in. Pitcher with the 1 second lag before he throws...etc

Of these 3, the only one they will prob address is the lag.

Not really worried about the Astros logo too much. Just don't want to go further into my franchise and find other issues. 50/50 on if I want to wait for the OS rosters too be released. Looks like i'll just continue my chise...

I just simmed Spring Training and Tim Hudson went from a 89 to 76. Are ratings supposed to change this drastically? If so that's very strange

Of these 3, the only one they will prob address is the lag.

But the others are listed as IN_PROGRESS.

Meaning the developers are actually reading those and looking into it.

I redeemed my code. I went to make my person in RTTS and I don't have any extra points. What did i do wrong
