Got a few questions, probabley more about baseball than about The SHow.

Rangers(me) vs Angels

Top of the 8th and i put in a RP leading 5 to 2, he gives up 4 runs and the lead, i came back and won but why did he get the win not the SP who pitched for 7 inning's.

Bottom of the 8th, scores even after a single HR,1 out with a runner on 3rd and 2nd and the cpu Int. Walks me giving me loaded bases. I scored 1 run after a sac.fly and won 7 to 6.
Was this dumb ai or a legit tactic.

Also a couple of cool things in this game was a "hidden ball" cutscene where my 3B tried to get a runner on third out while he was talking to 3b coach.Also Joe Nathan got his 300th save and the commentators said he's equal with some hall of famer(cant remember his name).

Have now won 2 in a row(my only 2 wins ever).thanks for the sliders TNK.

Because your team took the lead after the starting pitcher left.

That is a legit (and common) baseball tactic, especially when playing pitcher/batter matchups... I'm sure there was most likely commentary to go along with it too. There was only one out and first base was open. By walking you to load the bases, that gave them a force-out at any base, as well as a chance for an inning-ending double play. Your sac fly would have scored a run regardless of if someone was on 1B, so the CPU was playing the averages.

I don't get Meter Pitching, seems I can't control the power, when I press X or goes to full power every time, I can't stop it from going to full power for some reason?

Can you edit the size/location of the Analog pitch meter on Broadcast Camera this year? I know in MLB 11 you had to select a specific team's Broadcast Camera before editing the meter ... it'd be nice to just have it default to where I want it, regardless of what park I'm playing in.

I get a few espn channels here in australia and they been advertising the mlb season so going to start watching some games more regularly.Most of my interest in sports besides AFL(aussie rules) has come from playing the video game versions.

Yeah you'll have to blame the baseball gods for that, lol. Although there is a stat for what he did, it's tracked as a Quality Start (QS) - albeit a much less glamorous stat. Also, your pitcher who gave up the lead was also credited with a BS (blown save) for his part in it...

The win goes to the pitcher on record at the time the team takes the lead and they keep it. If your reliever didn't booch it, then your starter would've gotten the win.

I would like to know who it is, among the SCEA Players and Coaches Facial Detail Team, that could possibly hate third base coach of the Boston Red Sox, Brian "Lord Voldemort" Butterfield, as much as his facial rendering is indicative of???

Someone had to look at that mug as his Cyber Portrayal walked out onto the field in a post game celebration, and say, "Yep, that's perfect". lolol...

When the camera pans the dugout, during a particularly tense moment, there he is. On the bench. Waiting. Waiting for Harry Potter to walk down those dugout steps. And vengeance shall be his....

In Settings, under the General tab... where you see the OSD/umpires/balk toggles and such.

Not sure if it's in this game, but it was in games in the past but I always forgot to ask it on this site lol....

What does the commentator say about the bullpen during games where bullpen pitches great.

It goes something like: "This has been ______ work out of the bullpen"
