Are mascots still in the game, and if so, do they appear more frequently? In 12, you'd could play several games without seeing a mascot cut scene. Also, did the Giants' seal mascot make it in?

It's a minor thing, but it adds a lot to the presentation.

I've been following the discussion the past couple days and excited to play for the first time soon (i bought a used ps3 just for the show, getting shipped next monday) I have two things id like cleared up

1. Did they fix the issue from last year where you have to manually draft for every team in 30 team control (probably answered somewhere but i lost track)

2. i hope someone does an indepth franchise sim of like 4-5 seasons deep and tells us the results as far as how player progression, trade frequency, general AI behavior and stats look across the board

Yes.....you can have the whatever teams you want AUTO draft this year.

Not sure if this has been asked, but are there any new celebrations for Clinching divisions, LDS, LCS, and/or the World Series? They've been the same for at least 5 years and would love to know if they spiced it up a bit. It's really a killer when you spend weeks on a season, win it all, and then watch the same exact dog pile for the thousandth time.

For anyone else who uses guess pitch, have you noticed that the ball turns red while the ball is on the way to the plate? I just want to know if this is a glitch or a feature before I try reporting it. I have a video that I can upload if need be. .

Just skimming the thread so not sure if this has been answered or not... but what changes have been made to the RTTS Catcher mode?

Is there a different camera available finally? And have they done anything to liven up the position a bit?

It is a new tweak. They made hitting easier so they made this adjustment to guess pitch to keep things balanced.

I got it from CowBoom.com (Best Buy affiliate) they had a deal of the day 2 weeks ago I grabbed a 40 GB PS3 for $100 + $5 shipping, I wasn't planning to get one until I saw that. I just have to buy a PS3 controller from gamestop its great you can use any AC plug and any HDMI cable pretty much unlike the 360. They are selling them for $140 + free shipping now just grab a warranty.

The third question I have that i forgot before:

I have read conflicting accounts about how the AI performs at drafting guys with high potential. Would be nice if someone could run a few drafts and clarify that I don't wanna stack my team and make franchise 'easier' but it would be nice to have control over my future team especially since they revamped scouting that would seem pretty important to have solid draft AI

It is a new tweak. They made hitting easier so they made this adjustment to guess pitch to keep things balanced.

There's no way that can be intentional. It's distracting as heck. Here's my "Disrespected trophy" video. I believe it happens on the second pitch of the first batter, and the third pitch of the second batter

Didn't watch the video, but the ball flash is an intentional GP feature.
