I hope this is the right place to put this...

Is there any way to change a team's primary color? The Lehigh Valley IronPigs have been given red undershirts and socks since they came into the game ('08), but they actually wear blue undershirts and socks.

Not for the socks and under garments....
Perhaps this will be an addition on the PS4...

Thanks I didn't get my hopes up.

I suppose there's no way they could fix this in the next update right?

I'm guessing the next update IS on the PS4.
(but even if there was one for '13...I don't think so)

I didn't know where to ask this, so I figured that this was the place that I should ask. I'm not a HUGE baseball fan and don't follow it extremely close but I am playing a Franchise with the Rays in MLB The Show 13. I was wondering when I should bring a AAA player up into the MLB.

I'm no expert either but if i was thinking about promoting a player, can he fill a weak spot in my lineup or a player that's been out of form for awhile.

Also not sure how far into your franchise you are but i would think sooner or later you would have to bring a guy up to replace a injured player. about 20 games into mine and i have 2 major injuries to 2 of my top players on the 60 day DL.

I suggest looking at his options to see how that stands, and thinking about his future.

I'm playing RTTS as a shortstop. I'm using Button Accuracy with Throwing Meter on.

                  So here's my dilemma...

When I get a groundball hit to me, I start my Throwing Meter before the ball gets to me, and half the time I bobble it and get a fielding error. On the other hand, if I wait until after I get the ball to start my Throwing Meter, I take my sweet time (sometimes pause for a second) and the runner is either safe or the double play has no chance.

So what is the key to playing the field?? I just started my batter RTTS and I'm still in AA. My fielding stats are in the 40's. Is it that much of a factor?

Is there a way to use the same person/face for multiple Rtts players?

That sort of sounds like an issue I had (talked about it in the "impressions" thread). I was using buttons and a lot of times the meter wouldn't show up for 2 seconds which allowed every runner to reach base. I switched to throwing with the right analog stick and everything works perfectly. It's not hard to get used to it.

                        Two questions for you guys...

                        a) What would you say are key attributes for pitchers and batters when trying to assign them to the correct level (either while playing in the minors, or even to determine if a player is ready for a call-up). Case in point, I'm playing with the Rockies and while Trevor Story have better contact and power than most players I could use on the bench, but his vision is only a 22 (one of the worst on the team).

Should I bring him up to the team because of his contact and power (and if so, does playing time affects progression, since he'll be behind Tulo) or should he be like in Class-A because of his lack of vision vs others.

                        b) This is somewhat off-topic, as it relates more to roster than the game itself, but I'm looking to expand my MLB knowledge, and would need good website references. I'm especially looking for a website that would have the 40-man roster for each team, but as it was on Opening Day (not current). Anyone has that ? Other good references I should be aware of (aside from baseball-reference.com and the usual mainstream medias like ESPN, CBS, etc) ?

                        Thanks !

I have a question about Road to the Show.

My centerfielder was drafted by the Padres. I was voted into the all-star game, and I have great stats. A few games after the all-star game i receive an email saying that another player was coming off the DL and would replace me as the starting centerfielder, thus relegating me to the bench. He has an A potential and a higher overall rating, so I understand, but thing is I don't remember this player being on the roster ever.

So to get to the point, I'd like to know if there is a transactions section in Road to the Show. I'm thinking that the Padres made a trade and I missed it. I can't find it if there is a transaction section. Thanks for the help.

Just had a chance to change my pitching difficulty from all star to hall of fame. if one had to guess how much does each slider setting increase when going from one difficulty to the next(for example cpu contact). i ask this because when i played on all star i increased cpu contact by one notch in order for them to get better plate discipline and contact ability. now that i'm on HOF difficulty i adjusted cpu contact back to normal. on which setting would cpu contact be greater (all star with contact increased by one notch, or HOF with contact set to standard).

I use the same setup for my RTTS and don't really have an issue pre-loading a throw. You need to commit points to your fielding and boost those numbers so you field the ball cleanly.

What is the overall effect of CPU Roster Control in Franchise? Is it a good option if I'm going for a realistic franchise where the CPU doesn't make crazy trades that would never happen in real life? Is it a good alternate to 30-team control or do they both serve different purposes? This is important to me because I want to start my franchise soon without having to start a new one in order to get a more realistic experience. Thanks.
