I knew about rebuilding the database but not file restore or the media server. Did all 3 and haven't seen the stutter since (Ps3 slim purchased in October). Also, I always allow the full intro run without hitting "x". This was recommended with '12 whenI first started getting stutter after purchasing the new slim. Helped tremendously with '12 & will keep doing it with '13. Keeping my fingers crossed...

That's actually not that bad I would say.... once or twice in a game, that's out of like 250 pitches that pitchers typically through in a game.

I don't know about the technical details but with the graphic so elaborate, The Show probably suffers more from this type of hiccups..... reason why they reduce the amount of graphics for Vita and online.

.... I admit I have a very high tolerance for a lot of things so I cannot speak for the average guys, but if it's just once or twice in a game, I just let them go.... I won't ruin the fun for minor hiccups that only happens a couple times in a game, hahahhaa.a.......

It's more then once or twice a game. But not to the point of being a game killer but it can be a win killer and when it does happen to someone in a key spot we see if they feel is not a big deal

In Madden if you have 2 instances where you threw a pass and there was a stutter and it ruined the pattern 2 or 3 times out of 65 plays, would that be cool and not a big deal?

It's a big deal. It can show up in a critical situation & some times the mere anticipation of the stutter can ruin the at bat. & I don't need any help screwing up my hitting...

Depends how much these things bother you.

I'm pretty tolerant of things and realise at the end of the day it's just a game.

Yea you are absolutely right. It's just a game and we should accept bugs and issues. At the end of the day is just $60 dollars

Yeah it's just a game but I love 11 and 12 have no problems with either of them. I will be disappointed if 13 becomes a source of aggravation. I have my fingers crossed but I will not be a happy camper if the game is a stuttercluck.

Personally I didn't have stuttering issues last year when I was in game however, I had stuttering in other places such as in the intro and the menus.

It's not a stuttercluck. I never once said it was and those that think I did are reaching.

but it does suffer from stutter which should not be the case this far into the game cycle and when it did not in previous years to this extent.

I am testing by removing the small score bug and have not seen it yet. Which is not a fix just a work around IMO

Guys...

I'm not saying it's not happening to you guys...it obviously is.

What I mean by "not a game issue" is... if it doesn't happen to some in the same game situation that it is happening to you guys....it's got to be something other than a game only issue(framerate...glitch in a certain stadium....certain mode etc) and more likely something related to the PS3....the internet....or something else IN CONJUNCTION with the game(ie....it looking for twitter info....it looking for MLB.com info....friend info...etc)

If it was a pure ..."something is amiss in the game" ...EVERYONE would see it in the same instances(which is not happening and making it tougher to track)

That's why I'm trying to pinpoint when you guys see it and have others try it in the same instance.
