Just happened again to me

Dodgers(me) vs Brewers(cpu)

Millers park/ day game

Fiers pitching for Brewers

Media is disabled/ 3 week old PS3 slim white

Played a day game in Miller. Rockies (CPU) v Brewers (me). Catcher for batting view, pitcher wide for pitching view. No stutters whatsoever.

Will report back after more games, but in 4-5 games played and a couple watched I haven't seen this issue yet. Keeping an eye out for it as well.

I probably should add that I'm getting stutter at times in other areas as well. Just had one fielding. Its just totally random for me. Maybe it is my system???

Then its gotta be the game right? This is inconvenient but maybe on Tuesday try swapping your copy out for another one. It's a pain but it could just be the disk.

Its not killing the game for me nor is it the end of the world as some seem to feel. I'm sure it would be looked at by RUSSELL and crew. Some games it happens and normally its just 1-2 occurrences and never more than that and then some games it doesn't happen at all.

Gonna let the guys do what they do before i lose all faith and jusr live with it

The disc? I would be really surprised if the issue was with a batch of discs.

From all the rebuild database talk to me it sounds like an issue with the installed data. That's if the rebuild database stuff actually has an affect. I feel that if it was an issue with the data on the disc there would be more wrong than just the stutter.

It's the game. Just wait till tuesday when everybody has the copy and I wanna see someone blame the ps3 then

I also get the stutter at times when screen splashes go by and at times when throwing to first base for the out or third base. but i can deal with that but cannot deal with it when hitting.

Normally when the cpu is pitching is when it happens. A few defensive plays it stuttered as well maybe 3 times in 5 days. I can live with that

I just deleted the 10gb install and will not install it and see if that helps.

Yeah the hitting is where it really could become a serious problem. Bottom of the 9th or any inning for that matter with 2 outs and a 3-2 count with the game on the line and BAM Pitcher stutters the pitch:banghead:

Day 4 for me , ( 20-30 games so far, Regular and RTTS ) I just completed another full game Angels vs Reds and I have still not seen any of this stutter, nor did I ever see it when I played 12 either. I am still playing hooked up online to the internet and the with my original 10gb install and still no problem. I really don't know what to say. Also I never had a freeze problem like people had last year due to the patches.
