This is just a thread to inquire about trades that you are looking to make in your franchise mode. More for people looking to make accurate trades, that could happen in real life.

Kinda a feeler, is a Hosmer for Goldschimdt trade somewhat realistic. And if so, what kinda prospects would have to be going what way. If any at all.

I'm doing a KC chise and am just bigger on Goldschmidt than I am Hosmer.

Teams that are in contention:

Detroit, Rangers, Angels, Jays, Yanks, Nationals, Braves, Mets (wtf?), Reds, St Louis, Dodgers

I'll suggest all the prospects/youngins those teams would be willing to give up for your areas of need.

RP: John Stilson, Blue Jays. Mark Montgomery, Yankees. Domnigo Tapia, Mets. The Cardinals have a ton of pitching prospects, but they're all expensive.

SS: Jurickson Profar, Rangers (Be prepared to PAY UP). Luis Sardinas, Rangers. Franklin Barreto, Blue Jays (favorite of mine). Steve Lombardozzi/Danny Espinosa, Nationals.

LF: Quintin Berry, Tigers. Colby Rasmus, Blue Jays (special circumstances only). Sade Heathcott, Yankees. Evan Gattis, Braves. Wilmer Flores, Mets. James Baldwin III, Dodgers.

2B: Angelo Gumbs, NYY. Roughned Odor, Rangers. Christian Lopes, Blue Jays. Kolten Wong, Cardinals.

*Barreto can play SS/2B/OF. Lombardozzi can play SS/2B/LF. Flores can play LF/2B.

Hope you like some of these suggestions.

Who would i ask for from the Cardinals for Asdrubal Cabrera? i have aviles to wait for Lindor/Paulino for another year but need pitching/OF specs

Not trying to sound mean, but absolutely nowhere unless they have an amazing 1st half of the season. Check back with stats after the allstar break.

DET is the only one of those options that is viable. IRL, the Cards refused Cabrera.

I'm high on Arenado, I think he could get a really nice SP. Got anyone in mind? Brett Anderson, maybe?

Hah! I am not that high on him but with my 3B depth, I could lose him and not stress about him being an A. You really think he is worth that much by himself? I was thinking I would have to package him to get at least a no. 2 SP.

Im looking for a big bat with some contact in the heart of my lineup, or someone who can lead my offense if I am the Cubs, Padres, Indians, Astros, etc... I just need to make sue they arent impossible to get with some prospects. Some people like Ichiro and Torii Hunter are super easy to get, but even some low potential old 84 ovrs are impossible

Profar is strictly off limits. He is arguably the top prospect in baseball for the past 2 years at the tender age of 20. IRL, GMs have a better shot at winning the lottery jackpot 3 times than get him. So just imagine your possibility with the oldest average age team in baseball (31.40).

You could literally trade your ENTIRE TEAM and not get Harper.

Use the spreadsheet linked in the first post and trade your vets to contending teams.
