Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
If I am the Blue Jays, what would I have to give up to get Jacoby Ellsbury from the Red Sox, I know it's inter division so I am thinking that the low A in the spreadsheet may not be that accurate. Also, it says on the soreadsheet that Justin Nicolino is on the Blue Jays but I swear he got traded to the Marlins.Comment

Anywho, I'm assuming you don't care about realism, but give them Osuna."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I have Gardner on my list...really like his skillset. His value on the spreasheet is a bit high though, and not that much lower than KC's Gordon, who I have at the top of my list after a quick look (noticed the note on the spreadsheet though, so I don't know if he would be available that early in the season).
Andre Ethier is another name I looked at...but would the Dodgers trade him if Crawford is out (also injured for 2 month+) ?Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
With Altuve only hitting .253, being worth 2 high B's, and you said Graham was an A, I think Graham and Gennett are about as maxed out of a deal as you'll find. I think it's ok. A progressed Altuve for a tweener pitcher and Dustin Pedroia-light. Could work.
Sounds good.
Now this is a very solid idea. Eddie Rosario and Aaron Hicks/Jose Berrios/Max Kepler for Jordan Lyles makes a ton of sense. You get a new 2B in Rosario and take your pick of their second tier pitching/OF prospects. They get a mid rotation guy who's relatively cheap to go along with whoever is still standing from Diamond/Hendriks/Gibson/Meyer/May. Heck they just did two deals like this trading a position player (Span and Revere) for young pitching.
I have looked at the cubs and they could really use a pitcher.
Maybe Lyles to the cubs for Ronald Torreyes (2B
Low B), Eduardo Sanchez(mid B RP), SP Dillon Maples 22 yrs old (mid B)
I could also throw in Josh Fields (mid B RP) if need be but I hope Lyles is worth thisComment

Rosario has been traded too unfortunately because I like this deal.
