Gose should be higher I think, Osuna is an A on OSFM I believe. I don't see the Nats trading Rendon yet. Or for prospects either tbh. If I was them though, as soon as he goes on a tear I would start making phone calls. Kid has DL written all over him.

You also wanted him nay? Playing as the Sox?

Gose will be an A in my rosters.

Do you guys think if JJ is doing well-ish at the deadline, he could be flipped for Rendon straight up? I really like the sound of that for both sides tbh.
I'm guessing you're going fair over realism? As of now, the Nats are the most complete team in the game. Not only for this year, but for years to come as well, since most of them are fairly young. I really can't see a weakness. It's the hardest team imo to make a trade with.

As for JJ, depends on how the Nats staff is doing. Can't see them trading for another pitcher when they have the best starting 5 in the game.

I'm not sure about this. JJ would be a number 4 in Washington and they would be trading their top prospect. And especially with JJ being an upcoming free agent. I'm not sure about it but it could go either way.

          How about

Jays: SP Dan Haren, 3B Anthony Rendon, SS Ian Desmond

Nats: SP Josh Johnson, SS Jose Reyes, ?

No way. JJ is more valuable than Haren and I think, assuming Reyes stays healthy which its a video game, is worth more than Desmond and Rendon.

Span=Minor Leaguer IMO. his highs consist of .283/8/68 with a WAR high of 3.6 which is average. He has like 0 power, and the only real things good about him is his speed. As for Goodwin, he's not consistent. He has a ceiling of a 5-tool kind of guy, but isn't consistent enough for that to be true. Anyway, Goodwin's ETA is 2014, 2015 IMO. Rasmus provides at least 2 years of CF coverage. By the time those 2 years are up, Werth will be 35 and the threat of declining is in the picture. I see Rasmus as a long-term solution. Although I can agree that Span wasn't traded for nothing.

Meh, JJ is a good one, but he would only be a number 3. I think they'd want more of a young prospect like Norris than a 31 year old who wouldn't even be a number 1. I don't think they'd do that. I'm sticking with Norris and Rasmus.

              How about Giolito?

They wouldn't trade for Rasmus after putting in alot of effort to get Span, and I'm not that sure Rasmus is even better than Span. Giolito would cost you alot. Many thought he would have been the number 1 pick last year if it wasn't for his injury and the money he wanted. I'd say Giolito for Wesbter, Barnes, and Swihart/Marrero

Rendon is more valuable than Reyes IMO and this trade is crazy unrealistic anyway. I'd feel bad trading Reyes and JJ AGAIN

Span better than Rasmus??? No. Compare the stats if you have time. Rasmus can actually hit for HR and average. The Nats overpaid ALOT, for a guy who I believe is putting up minor league numbers.

Exactly. AC us all about realism. I don't think the Nats would trade Rendon just yet. Maybe wait a few years...

scott sizemore and 1b prospect 22 yr old C pot. Maxwell Muncy for Lombardozzi or Espinoza. I need a fielder with a bit more speed and I just dont like Sizemore. Fair?

Both are in the playoff race and for some reason, Lombar is starting over Espinoza

Rasmus had a 2.1 WAR last year with a .289 OBP. Span had a 5.4 WAR with a .342 OBP. Rasmus struck out a severly higher rate and isn't close to him in the field and on the basepaths. I'd take Span any day

Excuse me it was 5.1 not 5.4... but go to Baseball reference than player values

Edit: and now that I look again Rasmus was a 1.7
