Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
That's what I was thinking too, but Hart isn't injured in my franchise and is playing really well. I guess I could switch him back to RF though and let Aoki be their 4th OF.Comment

Hey Totte, I remember you from way back at EA/mvp mods. How have you been? I'd be really happy with that return on Rollins as Anderson would help with losing Halladay at the end of the season and the A's would have their SS until Russell is ready to take over.
I have one more.. with all of their CF depth would the cubs trade Brett Jackson?. Hope you're doing alright!
Yeah Rollins would be a nice veteran stopgap for them but like WaitTilNextYear mentioned, taking back salary in the deal would be a must. I do however like the slugging Seth Smith so I can't see why not.
B-Jax at this point, not being traded. Would have to be a major player (like Stanton) coming back to the Cubs for them to include B-Jax.Former modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Either that or add Coghlan to the deal who'd instantly become their 4th OF. Cishek/Coghlan in the deal instead of Cishek/LoMoFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I just started a new chise as the pirates. And. I want McCutchen gone. Im using the OSFM opening day rosters. Id like to trade with KC and get John Lamb and Hosmer or Moose. Maybe Starling. Jarrod Dyson as a lower level guy. Id also trade other players to get Lamb, Hosmer OR Moose (not both) and Dyson. But also open to trading with other teams as well.Comment

That could work, but the Rangers already have many options that could fill in at the closer position. I'd almost be more inclined to give them a mid-C outfielder in some cases.Comment

You still after Cishek? How about these...
Lucas Harrell for Cishek
J.D Martinez for Cishek + Coghlan/Ruggiano
Or you can just cobble any low B + high C you have together in prospects. I know from the OSFM thread, the Astros have tons of low B's. The Marlins can really use help at any position."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I'm in the first year with the Royals and I'd like to trade for Jair Jurrjens from Baltimore. They don't have much use for him as they have plenty of depth at SP, Jair is their number 3 Starter in AAA..
What would I need to offer for a fair and realistic trade?Spending time with Jesus!

Colon is an option. Frenchy could go play LF for them. Hochevar. So maybe Colon + Hoch, Frenchy + Hoch. I like the 2nd one best. Gets rid of two IRL bums.Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Hochevar (78 OVR) for Jurrjens (76 OVR) would be 1 back end of the rotation/long reliever for the other so that isn't an option.
Frenchy is too good in the game (83 OVR) and Colon is a B rated prospect.
Maybe Colon alone, would that be fair? Or is that too much/too little for 2 years of Jurrjens?Last edited by geisterhome; 05-04-2013, 09:05 AM.Spending time with Jesus!
