Yeah, Belt has been underwhelming though, like .500-ish OPS, so I actually see Pena starting at 1B for the Giants. The only LH power they have is from the Panda.

I could also trade Pena to the O's for say, Tommy Hunter? I don't need to get a lot, just need to shed that salary. The Jays possibly also for Brad Lincoln or similar might work (DH Edwin, bench Lind).

The Marlins deal will pretty much hold my team over for the season. Trading Pena is just gravy.

Giants really don't need Left-handed power (or that much power at all. Panda is also a switch hitter.) I don't see Pena doing all that well with a HR/K heavy offensive type in San Fran.

I like the Pena for Hunter trade though. Hunter is really not important in Baltimore and neither is Pena in Houston

I don't need Soriano as my power has been beastly...I may do a 3 teamer as WTNY suggested where I give Buehrle to LAA and get Garza and send Cozart/Hutchinson/catcher to Cubbies..

Also w/ all my power, Matt Adams is my DH batting 8th/9th and that's crazy so I am looking to maybe move Adams to a team needing power for a better contact player (any position since he would DH)...Any suggestions...not worried about age.

Fair enough. I was just saying the only left-handed power that the Giants have is from Panda's left side. While it might not be that useful at home, the Giants do play quite a bit on the road in hitter's park like COL and ARI. LH power worked OK for Barry Bonds in SF,

I see what you mean though. I am leaning toward an AL club for him. Pena could DH over Betemit if he goes to the O's. Probably, O's/Jays/Yanks are best fits.

Adams to the Brewers for Aoki? To the Rockies for Pacheco? To the A's for Coco Crisp? Those are the 3 teams I can see wanting Adams most.

The Brewers wouldn't trade Aoki for Adams.

Fair enough. They match up on the spreadsheet as high C + high C, so there's that. Also, the Crew needs a 1st baseman...Adams would fill that need. But, if you are a Brewers fan, maybe you have a better understanding of what they would/wouldn't do. So, the spreadsheet and I will defer to that.

I actually think Coco Crisp for Adams and maybe a young starter makes a lot of sense for both.

I was looking at Coco..will look at Pacheco tomorrow...would these be good 1-1 or would it need more parts?

Any other teams needing Adams w/ a contact player to give?

Yeah, I'd say send the A's Matt Adams and a 4-star (B-pot) SP prospect, and that would be plenty for Coco.

OAK is out of the race. I also have mild interest in Jemile Weeks and Daric Barton (depth).

SF: Brandon Belt + Gary Brown + Heath Hembree/Santiago Casilla + Hector Sanchez
                          SF still contending for division.

                          MIA is done-zo
That Oakland one is most definitely not happening, and I'd go with the Miami one too.

its funny that you mentioned Lyles hes pretty much the only pitcher that i refused to trade . i dont want to trade singleton either . Everyone else is moveable .

looking to get mosies sierra . i got him in my first franchise before i restarted and gave up a 2b and a pitcher so would jake elmore + a pitcher be ok ?

Seems fine to me, don't give up too good of a pitcher or it will be an overpay.

I was looking to move Chris Nelson, to make room for Nolan Arenado at the big league level.

What about Tyler Matzek (LHSP/B+) and Nelson (3B/C) for Trumbo? That would give the Angels a quality pitching prospect and a third baseman.
