Are Soriano and Marmol worth a B prospect?

God no Soriano if performing really well is worth a High C and Marmol is worth a bag of balls and some seeds

To OP, it depends on Sori's salary. If it's reasonable you could get more, if it's bad they're not worth that.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

Colby Rasmus has been dreadful to start the season in my Jays franchise. Barring any major injuries to other players, I may look to upgrade him via trade.

I feel like I have two options here:

                  1) find a trade where the other team wants Rasmus
                  2) make two seperate trades to see what I can get for Rasmus, then use those players and the ones in my system to get a star CFer (or just a step below that).

Any ideas? Players I'm thinking about trying to acquire: Stanton, Gonzalez, Ellsbury. Young, Pence, Granderson, or Hart are all secondary options.

I'm playing as the Yankees in my franchise and it's almost June. I'm interested in Kurt Suzuki of the Nats to come on as my backup catcher/defensive replacement because Chris Stewart isn't cutting it hitting .217 in 83 at bats. The Nats have Suzuki on the trading block and he's only played in 12 of a possible 48 games for them.

He's hit .243 1hr 4rbis in 37 abs. Spreadsheet says a Low C I'm thinking maybe sending over Austin Romine. He's 24 years old, 69 overall and has C potential.

What say you trade gurus? :-)

judging those stats, i'd go with somebody less noteworthy than Romine

That's what I was thinking. Just wanted to see if one of you agreed. Romine was too "big" of a name to give up for a .245 backup...

Hmm... Shaeffer Hall? 25yo SP, not much of a name, and he's a 67 overall with C potential. Looks like their pitching depth isn't that great. They only have seven starters with a higher rating in their entire system so it makes sense in that respect.

Sorry about asking about the Ellsburry trade yesterday. I didn't know about the spreadsheet (which by the way, is amazing. Thanks to anyone involved with that).

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

3 weeks removed from the All Star break and I am looking to upgrade at 2nd base since no one (Descalso, M.Carpenter, Cedeno) wanna make it theirs.

I do have Kolton Wong and Pete Kozma, as well as Ryan Theriot(signed as FA) but don't feel as though Wong or Kozma are ready and Theriot doesn't really fill the need as an everyday 2B.

I tried to make a deal for Jose Altuve of the Astros but was turned down in what I was willing to give up.

Any other suggestions? I don't wanna sell the farm and don't wanna take on a multi-year contract, at least not a big one, since I have ideas in the offseason, including using my farm to fill the need.
