Montero is a very nice option but would I have to give up JP ARencieba? What possibly could the Jays give for Montero.

Any specific position you're looking to acquire? MLB ready player, prospect or overall minor league depth?Former modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Veras is only regular relief material for pretty much any other team than the Astros making his value somewhat crappy. Any team looking for bullpen depth is a landing spot for him so I'd take a look at DL's and see if there's a team with an obvious need.
Bet a lot of teams would be interested in Norris so you can basically take your pick with whatever team you'd like to make a deal with. Then again, you might be able to get a little more for him from a contending team in July than just dumping him on a team by MayFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

With Zunino waiting in the wings for the Mariners, I'd say it's not a must to include JPA but the M's need a backup C someway or another. Guess the M's could use JPA as a DH and spot start C if you were to include him in the deal.Former modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Some guys I looked at were Morneau, Quentin, Kubel and I would even take on Arods ridiculous salary if they gave me a reason to do so in a deal. Just so he won't be able to smoke me every time I play Yankees. Dunno why but he always burns me lol. If anyone knows a trade for these guys listed with jays feel free to list em. Also If anyone has more players I am missing with good power and not awful contact like Pena and Dunn let me know lolComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I'm the Royals in my franchise and i'm 1 game back in the central nearing the trade deadline. I'm looking to improve from Chris Getz at the 2nd base position.
The Mets are 15 GB in mid-July and i'm eyeing Daniel Murphy. Would the Mets trade him realistically with the right players in return? If so, what players/prospects should I give up in return?NHL: Chicago Blackhawks
NFL: Kansas City Chiefs
MLB: Kansas City Royals
NCAA: Kansas JayhawksComment

It really depends on who you're willing to give up, but check out the spreadsheet in the OP for some ideas about trade value.
Specifically, Daniel Murphy is listed as "high C + high C."
To meet this price, some MLB players the Mets may be interested would be Lorenzo Cain (OF, low B), Tim Collins (RP, high C), Aaron Crow (RP, mid B + mid B), Danny Duffy (SP, mid B + mid B), Jarrod Dyson (OF, high C), Greg Holland (RP, high C), John Lamb (SP, mid B).
You could even toss Getz (high C) to the Mets as part of the package for Murphy. And if you play your cards right (lol), the Mets are so desperate for OF help, you may be able to unload Frenchy on them (probably not tho since the Mets are 15 GB).
Short story, I'd offer 2 of Getz/Dyson/Collins/Holland/Cain, preferably with one being OF and one being a reliever.
If you'd rather offer prospects, and since the Mets seem out of contention, Kyle Smith/JC Sulbaran + David Lough might work, although I'm not sure what their potentials are in the Show.
Happy trading.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Ya Montero may be to expensive love the lineup and bonifacio really only regular I would part with and well Lind but he has no value. Looking for that DH with some pop in the 5th spot and Linds not doing that. Was more interested in moving prospects (any available) or maybe SP like happ to get some pop. I'm sure there are some teams out there that would throw me a power bat that doesn't do much on the field just don't know what would be fair.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
So after looking it over, I traded a 24 y/o mid-high B potential Catcher and Joe Benson (Mid-High C) OF for Dee Gordon.
Do you guys find this trade fair? Any other 26 or under Shortshops with potential that could be a realistic option to trade for?
This trade was made very early into the season, but its clear that Dee is either going to rot on the bench for the Dodgers or go down to AAA for most of the year.Comment

Well I'm basically tanking the whole team in 2013 and building to actually start playing games in 2014. I also traded Stanton for the olt/profar package. I guess I'm looking for MLB or close-to MLB talent and as you know my team has a buuuunch of holes.Currently Playing
