That's fair. I'm more of a number 5-7 guySpoilerbias is in affect.
Well, here in New England, all you hear of is Bogaerts' upside and potential. Someone even said he could put up A-Rod numbers without the roids. I say at his peak, he will give average numbers of .300/30HRs/100RBIsRed Sox: 2018 World Series Champions!!!

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Alright, so I definately settled on Arizona for my franchise. Now they do have a plentora of good young pitchers, but I'd like to add a good bat to begin the season (kinda gave up on my idea to bring in Carlos Gonzalez, as it would be too much, too soon I think).
I'm confortable with the idea of trading one of my starting pitcher, as I currently have six in my rotation (McCarthy, Kennedy, Hudson, Miley, Corbin and Cahill) plus a lot of good prospects in the minors. Any team looking for a starter that I should target in particular ? Right now, mostly targetting at SS or OF.Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Started a Franchise with the Brewers the other day. Wanted to actually have success and not be a ****ty ball club so I went ahead and started making trades. Wasn't nessescarily looking for realism, just the ability to win games. Lemme know what you guys think about these trades/transactions..
Acquired SS Andrus from Texas for 2B Weeks and 1B Hart
Acquired CF Eaton from DBacks for CF Gomez and CP Axford
Acquired SP's Delgado, Miley and Corbin from DBacks for SP Gallardo
Acquired 1B Smoak, 2B Ackley and 3B Seager from Seattle for SP Miley, SP Lohse, and SP A. Pena(Mid-B).
Also I signed Brian WilsonAre you serious? lol. Have fun playing, but no, none of those are any semblance of realistic/fair.The closest to fair would be #4.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
It would start with Taveras and have to end with a few other prospects and maybe one of their pitchers, Miller, Martinez, Kelly, Rosenthal, or something of that nature! They're going to want a big package back for the only worthwhile, MLB ready, guy left on the roster!Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
OK I USE The Cubs A.Soriano is leading candidate for MVP and LF Silver Slugger he leads the league in HR and RBI's idk about Hits though cant remember he is 2nd in the league in Batting Average with a over. .400avg Its only been a month into the season but my cubs are 17-3 with like a week lefft in the first month. Considering how good he is playing I feel like he should be worth a decent young prospect I don't really have any major needs besides a good RP ( I made a lot of trades) .
So I was wondering what is a good trade for MVP Caliber A.Soriano I want someone under 28 preferably a RP or OF
Also not trying to be realistic just a nice fair trade for a 37yr old MVP type playerLast edited by jfinger2013; 04-10-2013, 03:37 AM.Only thing in sports that matters is Chicago Bears, Bulls, Cubs, and Blackhawks .
