I havent quite decided who I am gonna go with Kansas City is already pretty much rebuilt and doesn't need much work to become pretty awesome in a few years.

    is Pittsburgh a good candidate?

I dont' like teams with massive budgets bc then it seems too easy ya know?

anyway I am so glad that I am getting some input its an immense help
Kansas City coulda done it, but they traded away the best hitter in the minors for an old pitcher, if they didnt trade for shields and waste their money signing veteran pitchers, in 2 or 3 years they might be in the playoffs.

I love Pittsburgh because of the stadium, they got great pitchers in Cole and Tallion, cutch obviously, alverez can hit 40 hr a year if hes on, but starling marte is a B potential if I remeber correctly, which might throw off your playing b/c he could just as easily be an A, but they would probably be a fun team to do, they got cutch for another 5 years, and some money coming off the books soon.

Id stay away from the mets (they have 4 great prospects but other than that its not pretty, also avoid the cubs (not too much going on except for soler and rizzo, and the white sox have arguably the worst farm system in baseball) Orioles would be good, solid MLB team with some talent (bundy) in the minors, Twins are like 50/50 I would say, maybe you cold do something with them (mauer is great in the game, and sano has the best power in the minors, hell hit 40 hr a year for you) Astros are probably the hardest team to rebuild cause they stink, and play in a terrible division (theyll get destroyed in the AL west) but they have ALOT of young talent, and will draft really high. And I think Cinci is too good for a rebuilding project, they woulda gone way further in the playoffs if votto wasnt hurt at the end of the year, *he lost all his power)

              Wait for OSFM Rosters
Its much better playing with the real players
Cubs have a great farm so it would prob be quicker to rebuild them

Yeah, Chi has got baez, almora, and soler, who are all A's, idk how they rated jackson, and vizcaino could be great if he isnt hurt. and maples is their only other pitcher, also hurt a ton.

Baez, Almora, Soler, Vizcaino, Vogelbach, Candelario, Jackson, Vitters, and Dolis (develops nicely if trained well)
Not to mention you get the 2nd pick in the draft

Yes...lol....The Cubs farm system is so top-heavy it isn't even funny.

Soler, Almora, and Baez are high-ceiling, high-risk players. At least one of the three will flame out. Guys like Maples, Vogelbach, Vitters, Jackson, etc. all have significant flaws that will keep them from being star caliber players. Jackson might be another David DeJesus (ok at a lot of things, but great at nothing), Vitters will strike out more than Larry Bowa has said "Yeah" in the WBC (that's a lot), Vogelbach is fat and limited athletically, and Maples has had major injuries.

Sorry, as good as Soler, Almora, and Baez could be, that isn't good enough to make them a top 10 system.
Play the games you love, not the games you want to love.

the man is in his 30's I wouldn't even talk about him

In Manny Machado's age 24 season he hit .326/.388/.636 with 200 hits, 45 HR's, 137 RBI, and 23 SB... He was 1 HR and 3 RBI away from the triple crown, some 22 (!) year old created player hit 47 HR and drove in 140 as a SS...
