TIMO PEREZ-1B/OF (Phillies; AAA)
Timo Perez (1B/OF)
-I'm going with the same one I went with last year; Eric Chavez. Perez' is one of the harder ones to settle on, but I like it.For 2017...

Re: BATTING STANCE/PITCHING DELIVERY THREAD
The way I see it is...in the game, Bay's pre-pitch stance is not in the game, but Bay's 'attack' stance (his reaction once the pitcher starts his delivery) is is close enough to Hardy's, and thats the reason why I chose it.

Re: BATTING STANCE/PITCHING DELIVERY THREAD
Its funny that we are trying to find a good stance for Bay because after his recent struggles he has decided to change his stance and its been paying off..heres a picture of his new stance...Bat on shoulder and alot more upright..obviously Hardy wont work anymore...First one that comes to mind is Josh Hamilton

Re: BATTING STANCE/PITCHING DELIVERY THREAD
I'll agree. Only drawback is that Bay actually has a 2-handed finish and the Josh Hamilton in-game stance has a one-handed finish. But you're right, the Hamilton stance looks perfect for Jason Bay (although I could've gone with Marlon Byrd, Jimmie Foxx, Justin Morneau, Alex Rios, or even Austin Kearns for him; all of which have 2-handed finishes).Comment

Re: BATTING STANCE/PITCHING DELIVERY THREAD
OK...in the space of 9 days, Jones had two clearly different stances (didnt check, but maybe it was because of the count). Anywho....
on July 11th, the AB he hit his 400th, his stance was Barton's
on July 20, in the AB where he also homered, his stance was EXACTLY like A-Rod's, except---for the minor front toe-tapping
